I doubt Muffin's posting rate has anything to do with the stats. In fact, I'm not even sure he knew of the stats before this topic, but his posting habit was already quick and insane. In fact, it's similar to the posting rates during the spamfest. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. I proposed a new form of Vahnatai Creationism a while back, except that everything in Ermarian was descended from the shapers, and that the Vahnatai was all that was left of the long forgotten Shaper empire. I also noted out several similarities between creatures in Avernum, and creatures in Geneforge. It went over like a lead balloon, but I still believe it to be a possibility. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. If you guys are truly desperate to read something, there's a cotinuous story game going on over at Shadow Vale. It's how I've kept going without new chapters this past week. Thanks, I finally defeated Shaftoe. Turns out, the golem is vulnerable to mental spells. I charmed it and set it against it's master. Also, those creations keep on popping up even after Shaftoe is killed. It's the servant minds to the north that are making them, and I'd imagine that if you killed them, the creations would stop coming. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! I'd suggest The Louvre. It contains some metallic stuff which may fit your needs. There's probably a few at The Blazing Blade as well. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. Posts: 2686 | Registered: Friday, September 8 2006 07:00 |

Anyway, the reason I said "Perhaps it was a good thing that the thread was locked" was because I honestly didn't want to know whether I was on that list or not. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. You can extend a Charged creation's life dramatically with the spell Regeneration. Works like a charm. Though I do think Charged creations should be more powerful, and more worth their essence expenditure. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! All right, right now, I'm trying to kill Shaftoe. I've already repaired Moseh and killed Eliza. Now, I fare well against Shaftoe, and his creations pose absolutely no threat, since I use Dominate on them. However, that golem Shaftoe summons is beating my poor army into a pulp. Try what I might, I can't do any significant damage to it, since the 5-10 points of damage I inflict on it get restored the very next round. I'm at wits end with this golem. Any advice? Thanks in advance. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! Please rate these scenarios at the CSR after playing them! *Takes a look at the current stats* Infernal Flamming Muffin, take it easy! 11 posts in two hours is going a bit overboard! And where did I go?!? I was on that list a moment ago! By the way, Infernal Flamming Muffin, is it okay if I just call you Muffin? Saying Infernal Flamming Muffin sort of breaks the mood when you're trying to make your post look anxious/shocked/etc. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. quote:I agree that the 'Topic for conversation... ...' and 'Most stupid thing you can think of.' threads neeed to be locked. But I think Imban may have gotten a little trigger-happy when he also took out the 'What do you hate. . .' thread. That one had actual potential for conversation, and at least should have been given a little more time to steer back on track before it was shot down. Less than decent typing aside, that topic was somewhat interesting, if bizarre. But I suppose that's just my two cents on the matter. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. I meant like the cages in Dillame, where rebels are left to starve, or creation rights, which is pretty much the only part of the rebel philosophy with which I agree. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! I tend to sympathize with the Shapers. They pretty much keep everything nice and peaceful, but then the rebels come along and start blowing everything up. The Shapers may be cruel but at least they didn't butcher innocent civilians. Furthermore, because of the rebels, the Trakovites have risen up in the carnage and started sending people on a crusade against Shaping in general. I think Jeff sympathizes with the rebels. It feels like he is constantly trying to hold the rebels up in a good light. So I think we differ in opinion there. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! I am not upset that I am no longer #1 on the posting list. It isn't that important. ACK!!! I see EndeavorBot has taken up the task of showing the PPD average for the month! I suppose I am no longer needed for that. One last note: quote:I'd say some work still needs to be done. I'd need a map to give you more exact information, but have you been to the Circle of the Drayk? If you have, go back there and check the huts in the southeastern corner. Reiner is in one of them. Sandia is in the zone just to the north of that, in the northeastern corner. These two zones can be found between the Swarmed Woods and Uchitelle's Grove. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews!
