The next knock on your door will be some nice men wearing white lab coats. Please go with them to the nice motel with padding on the walls and grills over the light fixtures. If you don't hear a knock, please contact University Hospital, State University of Leiden. They will know what to do when you contact them.

Smoo told me you can look at them in order to move them. I didn't care enough to try though.

I was searching for games back in the 90's and ran across Exile 3 when it first appeared. So, for me it was an internet search, not a PC Gamer CD.

FYI - I've begun getting that error message more frequently. Last several times was in DwtD, as a singleton god. For research purposes. Anyhow, it happened in the outdoors, and happens every time I move to the middle of that particular section.

Would you find a pertinent knock-knock joke funny? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Obviously! My whole point was for the person at home that has to deal with the cleaning on the kitten. It's a lot of work. In a restaurant it doesn't matter about the work, because someone else is doing it. And yes, kitten is more tender, so by all means order kitten when going out.

Of course puppy can be cooked properly and you do end up with some fine tasting meat.

Fava beans anyone?

Once you have the taste for kittens, but have gotten tired of all that work for a few ounces of meat (trust me) you should switch over to puppies. It may be overall size that is the difference, but I find that a puppy makes a meal for two, while a kitten is maybe half a meal for one. So if you like killing kittens, eat kittens, but if you are just hungry, eat a puppy.

Are you hoping that "Geneforge 4 - Revenge of the Drakons" never makes it to press??

This thread really suffers from lack of a play-by-play announcer. It has all the makings of a grand language spat, but us commoners have little hope of either understanding the rules of engagement or the point scoring system.

My thoughts you ask?
1. Thralni - practice the English phrase "Thanks for your help, I appreciate the help you are giving me." You are receiving feedback because the participants find the subject interesting. That means you are creating something that is interesting. Good job! In fact, it is so interesting that these people want to help you make it as good and useful as possible. It is nice to be polite to people that want to help, otherwise they tend to just ignore and not help, which is bad.
2. Slartucker - brick wall
3. Kelandon - brick wall

Well, it's done. I posted the script at The Codex. I never did find a way to get either text_bubble call to work reliably from within the script, so I used the clunky message_dialog call.

Frustrations abound.

I've decided, based on the BUGS! thread, that create_text_bubble will not work from a terrain script. Does text_bubble_on_char work from within a terrain script?? Are there any text bubble calls that work from a terrain script?

Grrr.

Start state then. I discovered the need for this because I have more than the arbitrary maximum number of signs in my town. So I decided to make a more versatile sign script and a new terrain. Hopefully it will work, and not drive me nuts. It was not encouraging to read the docs and see the following:
