I think the SubTerra community moved to a different forum lately, but I don't remember where. So that's why people don't post here so much. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Yeah, no kidding. Why would anyone steal someone's laptop like that? It's just mean. Now we just need to make 38099 new posts. :P -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

If you buy the bundle, that's the equivalent to getting one game and then getting the other two for $10. That makes it even more worth it. But no free games yet, save SubTerra. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Maybe Jeff should make droppable money so when you max out your gold, you can just drop the excess in a storage area and build up again. ;) -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

My Start button, though it is a nicely green, shadowed button with the quad-color logo, I seem to be able to keep my attention off of it. When playing all the Spiderweb games that work on Windows and not Linux. I really doubt many people actually play Spiderweb games (or anything) on Linux, so it would not be that advantageous to spend a bunch of time porting all the games to Linux so they can be played by *cough* you *cough* when there's other viable options out there waiting for you. Maybe the software you'll be able to use should have ranked higher up on your OS choice than the sheer number of over-worried about worms and viruses. But anyway. Good for you. We all respect your choice of using Linux. Reap its benfits that we don't get. Welcome to Spiderweb, leave the rest of your sanity at the door. quote:You could have letters appear over each visible enemy and have the user press the corresponding letter to who they want to blast. However, that means that you can't firestorm an empty section of ground. Since the keyboard is a rather non-efficient way to do it, there's the mouse beside you, even if it is a mini USB optical plugged in the back of your laptop. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

I'd like to see a study definately disproving the occurence of bad luck upon the deletion of chain letters. Nobody believes it anyway, though. Well, maybe the person that sent it, but anyway. 300 posts? That's all it takes to stop being referred to as a total newbie? :P *looks at post count* -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

I actually use the mouse for practically everything. It doesn't get too tired, and you can do practically everything with it. But I guess it can be prone to quick errors and the like. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Dual-platform programs > Windows-only programs > Mac only programs. That said, if you want PC programs, get a PC. Or else leave your unworthy hands off them. :P Oh, wait, n/m. :P Seeing as I don't have much experience with a Mac, I should keep my mouth shut. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Sweet man. You ought to make the MySQL database files available on the Internet so we can download them and perform our own queries. *sees that he has started exactly as many topics as Spidweb. Maybe I need to think of one more.* -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |
