If you're going to go ahead and make the item, and you're only willing to consider those 6 spells, then I see two options. First, you can make a Fireblast wand, since Fireblast tends to be relatively even with Arcane Blow (in my experience). My laptop died last night, and I found out today that the hard drive is finally giving up the ghost. I was able to save some stuff to CDs, probably enough to re-establish my comp when it's repaired. And thankfully, I was able to save my BoA work (oh yeah, and my school work). But regardless, I'm going to be stuck with lab computers for a while, so I won't be posting for a while.
