Congrats Alorael. I can't help but wonder if there isn't a shorter connection. I guess I have 24 hours to watch all the movies I can with Whoopi or Kirsten...

It's so much easier connecting people to Kevin Bacon. That being said,

Danny Devito -> Jack Nicholson (Hoffa)
Jack Nicholson -> Kevin Bacon (A Few Good Men)

Joe Pesci -> ... nevermind, I'm not sure where to go on this one, but I'm sure it's possible...

I suppose that route could be used to connect the two, but I suggest using the movie "Be Cool". As for the Taxi thing, I think that show is too old for most of us...

Interestingly enough, there is a Wikipedia entry on the subject of such sites, with detail on each of the images.

I imagine it's easier to carry the energy around using electricity instead of having the engine directly connected. It also means you have less parts to replace in case one of them goes bad...

Yes, but if people actually followed this advice Mac's would have just as many viruses and crashes(if not more) and the increase in demand would lead to an increase in price. That you think they are more user-friendly is very subjective...

Mars has less gravity than Earth, and is further out in the solar system. This would make it perfect as a future launching site...

I don't think any of the remaining three can be truthfully answered until you are put into that situation. It's nice to say what you think you would do, but that isn't always going to be how it turns out.
