I guess I'll answer my own questions now :D

I think Canada will take it, by a two-goal margin. Every forward on Canada's team has a lot of scoring potential, they're all stars, but Lecavelier has been so strong this tourny. He'll score at least one.

I'm dissapointed Finland came out over Sweden, who I thought had a much stronger team this year (I'm Swedish-Canadian ;) )

Is hockey big in Finland?

So having killed them you'd have to slag your way through the scenario, killing thousands of easy-to-kill rabbits, coping with the all pests.
Then HAVE the 4 PCs realize that dealing with the consequences of killing the 4 horsemen, they have TAKEN THEIR PLACE!!!!

See, that's just historical revisionism. They're covering up the unseemly parts of Imperial History. The reason why Fahrenheit made the 'mistake' on human body temperature is he didn't measure a human's temperature. He measured a cow's anus temperature. Everyone knows a cow's anus temperature is 2 deg Fahrenheit warmer than the human body temperature.

Why switch from the metric system? Well, for one thing, because it's already caused a 200-million-dollar accident. One of the Mars probes was lost because of errors in metric/imperial conversion.
You could either blame that on the switch, or on the fact that people are still using imperial at all.
Either way, just deciding one way or the other, rather than staying in a state of limbo would save America a lot of trouble. I read in my 1989 textbook that some states were gradually switching over. Madness.

EDIT: stupid spelling mistakes :(

The first picture looks like the Quake (the videogame) logo, rotated a bit.

The inkblot looks alot like a foxhead to me, so much so that I just thought someone posted a digital picture of a foxhead (before I read the abstract comment) from the days of NES console gaming.

I just came from the Hippy Vegetarian/Barbaric Meateater thread. My head hurts.

As everyone new here quickly finds out, we have a fairly large and vocal :D Finnish population. I (and there are at least a couple more of us floating around spidweb) am Canadian.

The tournament final, between Finland and Canada is on Tuesday, so we need a little discussion: Who do you think is gonna win? Who will be the key players? Do Finns (or any other non-Canadian peoples) even care about hockey? The tournament?

At the risk of sounding really cool, it's cover art for one of the Dragon Lance books. I read them when I was really really young. I swear.

eww.. anyways.. back to topic..

Sliths might win.. because the ones in the Exile caves were pretty sweet.. and they were just a bunch of outlaws. I think the priests of the ones that kicked out the bad sliths (SSS-Thsss and his crew) would have the most advanced priest magic.

a couple things to say

when someguy talked about how kanada was the nazi way of spelling it... all germans (and a bunch of other europeans i believe) spell it that way. you shouldnt generalize an entire race! and i thought you were a god-fearing lefty :P poor flamed volourn.

I wanted to point out how when the american soldiers fired into a demonstrating croud, people bought their reasons for doing it, ex they were afraid for their lives.
This is fine. But when the whole justification for war is these types of things being done by Saddam things are a little out of hand.

Have we heard news articles about how the baathists were justified? That would be out of the question. (btw im not justifying the baathists at all, but if we are condemning without hearing some of the reasons.. we should also do that to the americans)
this was written fairly late so i apologize for any confusion.
