Back to the off-topic ninjitsu-Naruto comment.. Ninjitsu is an actual martial art, used by other people than just the Naruto characters .. although I'm not sure why zephyr tempest would name his char after a style of martial art -scab Posts: 43 | Registered: Wednesday, October 16 2002 07:00 |

No one will probably ever make a reference to me, seeing as I am so new. But you can call me MSW. I need to put spaces in my name sooner or later. But, be warned. There is another person on other forums going by the same name. It is not me. It was pointed out to me by one of my friends. So never talk to that person. This is the only site I use this screen name in. Oh, yeah. I am on one other forum under the same screen name. That site is called Classic Nick Homepage. If you ever liked Classic Nickelodeon shows, that is one very good site to go to. Bye. There is no such thing as a classic Nickelodeon show. -------------------- "Man hands down misery to man. It deepens like a coastal shelf. To the average person, no. But to many people Classic Nickelodeon is defined as certain shows made before 1994 or 1995. Most shows after that are considered to be newer. What I, and the several thousand people that back me up, mean is shows like: Eureeka's Castle Picture Pages Adventures of Pete and Pete The Noozles Inspector Gadget The World of David the Gnome Pinwheel Salute Your Shorts Today's Special Wild & Crazy Kids Clarissa Explains It All Count Duckula Are You Afraid of the Dark Adventures of the Little Koala Danger Mouse Dennis the Menace Lassie Double Dare Sharon, Lois, & Bram's Elephant Show Flipper Grimm's Fairy Tale Classics Heathcliff Hey Dude Looney Tunes The Littl' Bits Maya the Bee Mr. Wizard's World You Can't Do That On TelevisonThese, thousands of people the world over, consider to be Classic Nickelodeon shows. They are what paved the way for the, shall I say without being to harsh, pathetic shows that are on today. What I mean by pathetic is that they can be watched by today's children, but for the people who grew up watching the Classic Nickelodeon shows, they are stupid, mindless, and not watchable at all. People of the Classic Nickelodeon era cannot stand most of the newest shows that have taken over Nickelodeon. Many of these people, including me, would be much happier if Nickelodeon established a second channel for all the old shows that many of us miss. By new shows that are pathetic and mindless, most Classic Nick enthusiasts refer to Spong Bob Squarepants, The Fairly Odd Parents, and other such junk that is corrupting the minds of children today. That is all I have to say right now. Bye. [ Wednesday, August 27, 2003 17:50: Message edited by: murdershewrote ] -------------------- Mrs. Peacock: "Everything all right?" Colonel Mustard: "Yep. All the new shows suck. "Inspector Gadget", "Salute Your Shorts" and "Wild & Crazy Kids", were some of my favorite shows of all time. Mainly because I found stupidity, pranks and stupid stunts, my kind of entertainment. Now that those shows are gone, I like watching the more adult versions of these, mainly in "Jackass", "CKY", and "Ren and Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon". -------------------- "It's cool to be a robot." The impersonator is breaking the Code of Conduct. Whoever you are, please stop. —Alorael, who as a further and only slightly more related aside can add that ninjitsu wasn't only a martial art. It also included training in all kinds of things that spies might need, including everything from disguises to weather-prediction. Posts: 14579 | Registered: Saturday, December 1 2001 08:00 |

What did I miss this time Alorael? Was it something about the Ninjitsu comment several posts above? I don't like to be nosy, but what impersonator? Ooooooh!!!!! I hate missing things. oh, well. By the way, isn't Alorael a name from the original Exile game? Bye. -------------------- Mrs. Peacock: "Everything all right?" Colonel Mustard: "Yep. Two Corpses. Everything's fine." Sorry, sorry, sorry. My fault for not explaining. When I said other forums, I meant other forums on the internet, not this site. I use only one name here. If I ever use a second one, it will be called Sherlock Holmes. It is strange that someone else has the same taste of tv shows as I do. I think I would like to meet this person. Could be an intriguing match. I'll have to look into that. Bye. Oh, and I have successfully put spaces in my name. -------------------- Mrs. Peacock: "Everything all right?" Colonel Mustard: "Yep. I think Alorael is especially touchy about illegal impersonation, as he's had firsthand experience. *remembers the SMoE debacle* Speaking as somewhat of an impartial observer, it was rather amusing to try to tell which one was the real Alorael by the level of dry wit and the number of dashes in the sig. -------------------- "Man hands down misery to man. Actually, the difference between the dashes was not the number of them, but actually the "type" of dash. Alorael uses what he calls the "stylish m-dash," while SMoE used what Alorael calls the "not-so-stylish n-dash." (I think. I don't remember this very well.)Anyway, Alorael's dash is longer than the average dash. Posts: 901 | Registered: Monday, June 24 2002 07:00 |
