I've never met anyone smarter than me that I know of. but that is because I have forgotten everyone that I have ever met. One thing that I have noticed is that I tend to do things the wrong way.
That is to say, I do things in the fashion opposite of the accepted norm. For example, I work in contruction with my father, who is pretty smart. He has his way of doing things, and I think of better ways to do them, which he won't do, and doesn't want me to do. But I do them anyway.

I have taken an IQ test long ago, but I don't know what I got. I was enrolled in a gifted and talented program at school based on the results, but so where some other persons who are slightly smarter than lukewarm spaghetti. I thought about seeing about joining mensa, but what's the point? I'm not really accustommed to conversing with smart people, so I don't think I would fit in. I do know that I am better at taking tests than the average person, so that would probably affect the outcome of an IQ test.

(i do not count any of you persons as people I have met.)

'Puff' characters w/o any personality are one of my pet peaves. It really doesn't take that much more memory to give each character something individual to say. It would take more time though. So I am going to develop a world-growing algorithm for my games. Yippee. Input towns, important NPC's, specific plot elements, a semantic engine, shake, and stand back. Debug for the next 2 years. sell it!

I like to sketch caves and contour maps. one time i sketched a really cool cave scene in like 3rd grade and wrote a cool story to go with it. I think my 3rd grade teacher still has it. b/c i dont. I bought a really cool pen to sketch with. then it broke, the clip part, so it doesn't look as cool anymore.

How are the 2d graphics he uses done now? Hand drawn? If that is the case, then it may actually be easier for someone to render them. but they would still be chunky.

I think I speak for most everyone (except custer who is being contrary for some reason) when I say that Jeff's games are good b/c of the originalistic plots and width of gameplay. His games don't have the stereotypical feel of bad fantasy pulp. imho. so graphics will never be a primary consideration. The game engine is, though. I don't like the doors and movement in G2.

You can work at age 15, you just can't be employed. That is, you CAN work, but a company may not be able to hire you legally. But I think they can. You could make handicrafts, like stupid crap you see at flee markets like barnwood signs and sell them to your neighbors. or you could design a website like free the gnomes or homestarrunner and brainwash people into buying crap. (seriously, strongbad is influencing me).

edit, just reread your post: if your parents are willing to help you, find out what certain jobs (like painting the house) would cost if they hired someone else to do them, and then charge them that much. only thing is, then you have to do it.

haggling: but it is soo much funnner. :o actually it is the rest of the game that is addictive, the haggling is just dang annoying.

Bartering is much more eficient in many respects. Both parties are likely to have less cash outlay, less overhead and such. It might take more time, however, unless you had a preexisting arrangement.
Work bartering is almost always a good idea, if both parties have a good understanding of what is being exchanged.

Probably the one thing I hate about bartering in video games is the cap on coinage(usually it is coins) that any one merchant has. If you are going to do a barter system do barters for services also, not just goods.

the hardest part of counterfeiting is exchanging it for real money. though all of you paper hangers out there would already know that. The secret service is a branch of the treasury and are charged w/enforcement of anticounterfeiting operations.

This post brought to you by large marked bills.

The kids today really are worse, though. Why I remember back in my day, I felt safe locked in my panic room. But not anymore, nosiree. Now I'm afraid. Afraid of suffocating to death because of all this dam duct tape that fell on me.

at least the maths are not censored. (opens stupid mouth)

But I think the 'boards are falling' posts started after the death of the misc, mercy killing that it was. correct me if I am wrong. amply.

yes, but I like to scetch...BUILDING porn. Naked steel. oooooh!

Sorry, I have not had much sleep and brain is turning into pudding. Need to eat.

I sketch my inventions/ideas/stuff. I have a couple of interesting ideas for artistic pieces if I ever get into art. You just have to do so dang much to get anywhere. I also have some ideas of economics that I have sketched in picture format.
So in answer to your question, no.

You will see Jutland and... oh. Zealand. but it's sealand to them. oh well. And I am not sure of the history of NZ if, actually the name comes from denmark, or what. ernywayz.

Whyte: the picture is less revealing than most advertisements for department stores. I wouldn't worry.

interesting about sealand. Of course I would always prefer to build my own island completely from scratch.

also, I thought that Sealand was the island part of Danmark, though they write it Sealand, we wright it Zealand. Thysli: New Zealand.
