Yes, RentPerson, I would have to agree with you. *chokes to death noisily on his own laughter* But, no: Lord of Evil: lay off the stupid for a while, huh? Houston (tx) has sections of town where life is in spanish, ie business, work, family, signs, tv, streets... Other places have places like that, too. chinese people live in two small towns near here. (they all work at the chinese restaurants, though) but I wouldn't say that the US is cultured by any means. Culture is usually associated with things that represent society, such as art. the us is just so diverse and new, really that there isn't much in this regard. 1)This post brought to you by spiderweb software. Leaders is quality learning software since the beggining of time. ^my new pre-sig. an ad. -------------------- Tip of the Day: #13 Stand clear the closing door. That's treason. please, stop the violins!!!!! um, violence, sorry. the names were semirandomly chosen (ie, I picked them) I don't think that m$ is really evil, as in the top 4 most evil companies. The ones i mentioned probably arent iethr, but they are more evil. the cd and the band never existed and as far as i know never will exist. it just struck me as a good name for a band. or not. -------------------- Tip of the Day: #13 Stand clear the closing door. I am an anti-hero and an Illusionist, but I must say that the quizes didn't have any of the answers that I would have picked. red mage (mix of black and white magic),squire, lancer, for example, the first question of the first quiz, I would have been on the ceiling. edit: adding things. Personally I do not find anything offensive about these images, and they would not influence my decision about buying the game, but they might create friction with parents. just a thought -------------------- Tip of the Day: #13 Stand clear the closing door. not really mathematics, but the musings of an insane toaster: you can only travel faster than light going into the past, and if you travel into the past, you can only go faster than light. if you travel faster than light into the future, you can at least observe events from the future, thereby changing them. same with going into the past. -------------------- Tip of the Day: #13 Stand clear the closing door. Suchet was the one I was thinking of. (for Poirot) and the TV Orient Express was the one I had seen. The Poirot series did a good thing with that music. M8: that still didn't cut it for me. and in response to the new title: I am playing Moria: an ASCII rogue-like dungeon crawl. (just to be trebly (triply, but more gramatically correct, but less correct spellingly) *I think this post deserves something special and when I think of it I will give it to it.* -------------------- Tip of the Day: #13 Stand clear the closing door. In a quieter part of town Aptok and Santdoil finally break out of the cellar where they were thrown for interfering. As they make their way towards town hall they occasionally hear snatches of battle sounds, like crunch and gaaaaaaah. They steathlily sneak up on the potion woman and Santdoil taps her on the head. Aptok says: These undead sometimes get angry when graves or old old temples are robbed, don't they? the potion lady recovers her wits quickly and replies in the afirmative. A&S: Oh dear... ooc:this isn't really why the undead are attacking, my PC's are just being ignorant. -------------------- Tip of the Day: #13 Stand clear the closing door. That's treason. I can't say for other Americans, but I certainly don't have any culture. Good Lord, if I ever saw any I think I would have to run over it with my 5 ton SUV and shoot it to death with my belt-feed riot shotgun. Why was there a monkey in the library? amen on the last one Djur! I did find the philosophical content amusing though. MSW, which Murder on the orient express? the one set in the present kind of stunk. Have you read mysteries with titles like Death of a ... Man set in scotland (I think), could be wales. Anyone, what is the name of the actor who plays Poirot? Mort8: yeah, that's it John D Barrow. How do you get around the bugs and lack of quick travel in Morrowind? I would guestimate that I have read literally tons (at least) of books in my life. I read a good 400 page book or so a week, and when I was in school I read more. In grade 5 I read a book a day for a while. -------------------- Tip of the Day: #13 Stand clear the closing door.
