SAP R/3 Systems Administration. I'm trying to bone up for my interview. It has been a year since I managed R/3. I definitely need to review my T-CODES. Remember: Job overview = SM37 Recreation wise I just finished The Deeds of Paksenarrion. An eh book. Not to complex or deep. Reminds me of TSR's AD&D books, but better written. Next? Maybe the Dorsai! or maybe the Retief books. I was browsing at a used bookstore and I found a graphic adaptation of the Retief stories. Wonderful condition! -------------------- My ego is bigger than yours. Posts: 480 | Registered: Thursday, October 11 2001 07:00 |

Ah. The reason I thought is was broken was because there was no indication that it had been clicked since sound is turned off by default. It would be best to show the current status when clicking on the button whether or not you are in height edit mode since it has its effects in terrain mode. -------------------- My ego is bigger than yours. Broken 3D Mode, Non-realistic acts very sluggishly when attempting redraw the screen. Realistic mode and 2D work fine. Outdoors there is no problem. Not limited by town size. There is something wrong with my build. It cannot import BoE scenarios. Neither can the Spidweb version though. Is anyone else having this problem with the Spidweb or 3D versions? I assume this is dirt? If the snow just melted (is there a waater layer atop?) then it would simply be darker. If there is standing water, then that is different. So, damp how? -------------------- My ego is bigger than yours. Posts: 480 | Registered: Thursday, October 11 2001 07:00 |

Right. I've almost got a full list of people. The max will be 56 people. Just a few more. Any more people? Also, if you know anyone who can write poems, could you convince them to do a short BoE poem. I'll use it as the intro page to the scenario. -------------------- My ego is bigger than yours. I do have King David's Spaceship. Why wouldn't Motie books be part of it? I admit they aren't CoDominium since the CoDominium fell, but they are part of the same story universe. -------------------- My ego is bigger than yours. Posts: 480 | Registered: Thursday, October 11 2001 07:00 |

1. Exile, then Nethergate, then Avernum. Geneforge is just too eh. I never did like the paths offered. 2. Geneforge seems to be more popular. I don't where the Avernum series could go after A4. It was so awful. 3. I've played since about E2. I think it was the Vahnatai tests that finally hooked me and later E3. 4. Mac. Of course, I need to find a way to play the Exile games and BoE on Mac OS X w/o major slowdown now. The Classic engine and its grahpic rendering has issues under 10.4.x The Classic version offered for 10.2.x seemed much better. -------------------- My ego is bigger than yours. Hm. I have spent over 2 days in PS examining each wall piece and trying to figure what is missing. 8 hours and all I have fixed is the top row of a wall set. A major problem is that there are missing pixels and some pieces are a pixel high/low. Also wall are adjusted by +-18/+-12 pixels, yet I calculate +-18/+-13 on my test. Odd. edit: After much determination and testing I have found that the problem lies with... the game engine and its attempt to compensate for the zig-zag pattern created by the floor tiles. Most notable using the L corners. When not using the L corners, the game renders a-okay. The most notable problem is created by the short cutaways of a wall that are used by an L-corner. Their Y position is off. Also, any attempts to correct the problems of the L-corners are futile as the game engine will determine what icon and cutaway icon(s) to use, not the data script.
