For those of you who weren't at the chat last night I mentioned that I working on a 1/10 to honor the more interesting events/things from the BoE era. Specifically I will have towns and people to represent/talk about these things as well a plot (vacation on Exile Island. THE adventurer getaway) to tie them together and explain why your party is there. Currently I trying to compile a list of characters and notable things about those people. Please help by adding your comment, people, memories. --- --- Also the towns will be: Inn of Blades (R&R) Bizzare Bazaar (Items) -- Troupe (1 Act a Day) Ankronath Arena (Fight or watch a fight) -- Underground (Level 2) Crystal Cavern (Local Nightclub, Vahnatai) Scenario University (Same as website) -- Tower of Magi Redux (X has his anvil spell!) -- Library/Reading Room (Fanfics, Poems) #exilechat (Meeting of the BoE community) --- Please add, change, correct. This is suppossed to remind those who never knew about what BoE was about and what made it fun. I hope to see it in the 1/10 contest. May the old days of BoE be remembered always! (Also, you're forgetting Drizzt. He was pretty important too.) Also, I think your outdoor section should be called "The Lyceum." Although it still exists today, back then it was the staple board of BoE. Right now, the only forums there that have any real activity are the CSR forums. The Lyceum was only the primary BoE board for less than a year. The BoE ITW board was the main board from 1997 to 2000. I'd suggest adding Draxis to your list too, and Tim Farland. And Measle. And Caligula. Lord Arkanor and Drazuv were more Arena types. Oooh, what about Wild Ali? Elwin - nice guy, druid obsession Flameball - remember, but not notable Istara - very nice, Aussie, did news in UAE Leminex - remember the name, and some posts Lkae - Janet Cone, did some scenarios and graphics Lt. The Knights Who Say Ni! Scenarios, more than a dozen still there, and half of them by Brave Sir Robin himself. :P Graphics (many of them because BSR knew how to flatter a lady) ;) And a small succession of websites, most of them dead by haxoring. :( And why does Zxquez stand alone? Zxquez made a couple of bad scenarios that he'd rather have dissappear. He also made a couple of bad graphics. Drizzt had Forsaken, Brotherhood of the Hand, and Shadow of the Stranger. (The Drizzt Trilogy) Measle's notable for humor scenarios (Farmhands!!!, Back to Normal to name some).
