I will confirm that the fibers are unsellable, and that they look annoyingly similar to dried herbs and swamp herbs. Are you absolutely sure that that solitary swamp herb isn't the Crystalline Fibers? If you did stick too many items into a single zone, then you're probably missing several other items as well. Have you noticed anything else missing lately? Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

So, do we keep posting in the same thread or start a new one? And if it turns out that those two pages are lost, could we get a short summary of the posts that were lost? Edit: Dikiyoba tried and failed to find anything among the temporary internet files. Ack. This question was about G3, Muffin, not G1. Plus, the question has already been answered. Please read and think carefully when giving advice. Dikiyoba. [ Friday, June 22, 2007 13:52: Message edited by: Dikiyoba ] Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

If you get one error, refresh the page. If you get two errors, try another thread and come back to the one that gave you the error later. If you get a bunch of errors, close out of Spiderweb entirely and come back later. Pretty simple, and much less frustrating. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

RWG deserved a better death, too. It needed a few witty pieces of spam, not a deluge of pointless spam. Dikiyoba would also like to point out that "Goodbye forever, I'll see you" is an oxymoron. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Originally by Kelandon: quote:I think I can guess where Salmon is coming from, PM incident aside. Between Worf and the Roost, there have been more threads than entirely necessary about Sarasaphilia's activities. (By which I mean, some of the updates were so small they hardly warranted a whole new thread. I mean, why does Insanity get a whole new thread when it has only one comic and this thread was created at the same time?) Anyway, mostly good with a few that flunk and a few that are very funny. But why did you make Worf a heathen? Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Regarding number three, the link and picture work fine for me, so it's a reasonable guess that it shows up fine Sarasaphilia as well. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

I suggest writing this at the Roost rather than here. I mean, your Muffin threads here tend to end up locked, while the Roost has a whole forum dedicated to writing. Dikiyoba has no authority either way, though. It's just a thought. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

The Exile 2 walkthrough says to pull the southeast and northwest levers. Of course, if you've messed with the levers too much and don't want to go outside in order to reset them, then the thread Randomizer linked to gives the lever positions as: NW-right, NE-left, SW-left, SE-right. Dikiyoba wanted to give you a parade right outside your window but, well, it's really hard to convince a bunch of complete strangers to go up to Alaska. Especially since Dikiyoba made the mistake of only offering to buyu them one-way plane tickets. So Dikiyoba will have to steal one of Nicothodes's cookies and give that to you instead. Happy birthday! Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

For all your recipe needs, try this thread. Dikiyoba thought the jacket line was odd too, especially considering that no one ever seems to wear jackets. It's also a little disappointing that robes go into the armor inventory slot now instead of the cloak slot. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

I'm working on an ending post for Cassius. It will be ruthless. Fourty might have another post coming soon but I'm waiting for the Kirwood situation to be resolved before making any new plans. Also, since Dikiyoba is too lazy to send a PM, what is the demon situation in Trantite, Safey? Or rather, what will it be once the attack in Kirwood starts? I think I remember this coming up before, but unfortunately I don't remember enough about it to be able to find it. And since replacing the old scripts didn't help, this probably won't help, but if no one else has any advice, try searching for cr_walk_speed in the gf3itemchar scripts to see if there is any usually high number following it. The normal speed should (Dikiyoba thinks) be 24 for everything but serviles, ornks, and immobile creations like turrets. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

[Edit: Too slow. Oh well.] For complete games, I personally recommend Avernum 2 (or Avernum, if you prefer to start at the beginning) and Geneforge 1, since they have the stories I've enjoyed the most. Avernum is just a remake of Exile, though, so you can download the demos and see what game mechanics work best for you. Geneforge 1 has a less advanced engine than the rest of the Geneforges (especially 4, and 4 isn't a bad bet either), but I like the story better. Blades of Avernum has a decent amount of good user-created scenarios out now, with more to come, so if you prefer a large number of short stories to one large story, get BoA. Or Blades of Exile, but Dikiyoba will let someone else talk about it and Nethergate.
