Schools do weird stuff like that, unfortunately. Once, Dikiyoba's school blocked students from having access to Microsoft Word, even though the computers' primary reason for existance is type up papers. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

I suppose you would just have to make peace with the ones that are capable and willing to be peaceful, and then start the long, slow, messy process of hunting down the ones that cause problems. It's probable that fewer drakons would be dangerous if they were treated as equals to Shapers and not as banned creations, but that would be difficult to convince them of (and even harder to maintain once troublesome drakons started getting hunted down). Of course, that's not taking the possible treachery and arrogant attitude of some Shapers towards drakons into account. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Act 10, Scene 4. It grew to be a little longer than I originally planned, but, hopefully, that's a good thing. ----- Translations: 291|)35\/\/38 12 3\/11 = Spiderweb is evil. 4|-||-||-||-|!!1 |\|07 4|\|07|-|35 0|\|3!!1 = Ahhhh! Not another one!!! ----- Dikiyoba also put up a little illustration. Dikiyoba hopes it's not too dark to see who's in it. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Heh. Dikiyoba knows someone who comes close to that description. "I love it! It's so beautiful!" "It's some sort of weedy river plant." "I know, but it's still beautiful!" "It feels slimy and itchy." "It's still beautiful!" "You're terrifed that your feet will get tangled in it and you will drown." "I know, but I love it anyway!" Originally by Jewels: quote:I saw the PM in time to give Thuryl nobelium, though. And I linked to the table on my site. Originally by Nikki: quote:I've said it before: I don't start thinking about Episode 3 until after I finish Episode 2. I've still got a short scene, a long scene, and possibly an illustration to go. Originally by Jewels: quote:It would be interesting if the party were a group of "new arrivals". And the beggar graphic modified to have a sniper rifle and a bottle of skribbane would probably make a good Alorael. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

You want to start small, so leave it at 0 and 0. This will give you one outdoor section to mess around with. If you have the 3D Editor, you can add more later. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

The two pieces of scroll give the order that the wheel, lever, and button are supposed to be used in. The little drawings on the scroll are supposed to represent the wheel, lever, and button. Dikiyoba hopes that is enough information for you to solve the problem. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Originally by Savage Ed Walcott: quote:But if you're only talking about an emulation, then that's not the same as actual personality or intelligence. Imitation of personality or intelligence is different than really having personality and intelligence. Something that resembles sentience is very different from something that actually has sentience. An emulation could be easily backed up. Real intelligence couldn't, because it would always be learning, developing, and changing. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

On the plus side, it doesn't involve Rentar-Ihrno creating a bunch of monster plagues to destroy the Empire, or any close variation on that theme. Um. Wow. Um. Since you don't have much, if any, experience, I'd suggest starting off very, very small. Practice designing towns and writing dialogue first so that you know what you're doing. Dikiyoba. Edit: Typo. Act 10, Scene 3. It's a long one. MagmaDragoon, if you read closely, you will see why you no longer have the flaming sword. Dikiyoba knew that Slartucker couldn't stay away forever. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

I've never had a crash there. Have you tried reloading the game and trying again to make sure it wasn't a one time thing? And if it always happens, try redownloading the scenario to see if that fixes it. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Originally by ginger8445: quote:Forgive me if someone already answered this and I missed it. You're talking about Thossila (the woman) and Sencia (the intelligent servile) in Drypeak. There are too options. Tell Thossila about Sencia, or lie to Thossila about Sencia. Either way, you get experience. If you tell the truth (which is sounds like you did), Sencia is killed. Telling the truth is pro-Shaper and lying is pro-servile. The correct choice to make depends on which sect you want to join, but there are so many other ways to increase your favor with one side or the other that it hardly matters what you choose. Dikiyoba. Edit: Fixed quote. [ Monday, July 31, 2006 15:26: Message edited by: Dikiyoba ] Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

The sniper puzzle was fun, though. Well, except for the fact that the "use ability" button and the "enter combat" buttons are right next to each other, and Dikiyoba was playing while too tired to hit the right one. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |
