You have to talk to the blacksmith to get his approval. For no reason. (Ephesos has admitted fault for this, so don't hold it against him-- but if you hold it against the scenario, well... I won't blink twice over it. ~_~) -------------------- * Posts: 6936 | Registered: Tuesday, September 18 2001 07:00 |

OK, I managed to sort it all out...but when going to face down the dragon...the cut scene walked my party up, forward down, out and then crashed BoA. Whats going on there? -------------------- Aa' menle nauva calen ar' ta hwesta e' ale'quenle, melloneamin. --------------------- Finder of impossible beta testing errors. I've never had a crash there. Have you tried reloading the game and trying again to make sure it wasn't a one time thing? And if it always happens, try redownloading the scenario to see if that fixes it. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

quote:Right, so you're playing the Windows version then, right? I managed to fix this one quite some time ago, but I guess Jeff never uploaded the update I sent him... oh well. I'd like to point you to HERE, where you can get the latest version. Yes, it says it's for Mac, but you really only have to copy over the file "t11kharpaer.txt" to the folder which contains your version of the scenario. That should fix your game. Apparently he was using the group number in a way that was technically incorrect, but on reaching the error the Mac version of BoA just does nothing while the Windows version crashes. -------------------- Überraschung des Dosenöffners! That's odd. I'm positive I got the scenario from Spiderweb, and I never had a problem. Oh, well, it's irrelevant. -------------------- Apple.elqqA Posts: 18 | Registered: Monday, June 12 2006 07:00 |
