Well we are still a quite lucky gaming community, I mean, in what other companies the game designer ask the player for sugestions so directly?? I don't see Bill Gates mailing me for asking how I want AOE4 to be!

Cool I will download the A3 dungeon music, it's quite good.

Edit: Ow it's not there...oh well... :rolleyes:

The exile music is very funny it remembers me to the old Age of Empires music...Or prehistorik 2...

I must admit that I have been quite a cheater i nthe past but now I try to beat the games the hard way.

In exile and Avernum I used the editor almost in every big dungeon, but just for heal and curing, and sometimes to get those level 3 spells. Lately I try to use the editor the less possible and I'm thinking in turning it off the next time I play avernum,

And in geneforge in the first games i cheated a lot, A LOT!! sometimes i just went angry and put the code for killing all the monters. But now in G3 and specially G4 I don's cheats, I play on Easy difficulty but then I will replay it in a harder mode.

Also in Avernum I tend to do a lot save and load. Sometimes i founded myself saving the game after every square, i had the fingers sticked to ctrl+s keys!! :D

My family has a mini-market full of sodas and such drinks but i'm no fan of them. Maybe when kid I was more interested in sodas, now i prefer to drink water. I still likes the sodas but I'm not drinking them all day long! I chose ocassionally.

Sodas are really bad, they have a lot of sugar, and the light sodas are full of cancerigen substances :eek: But still they have very good taste and a few of them won't kill you!

Age of mythology was quite cool, specially the expansion, but maybe Phil don't like it because it's similar to warcraft, with different factions and units.

Spiderweb merchandising could be very fun!! But the t-shirt should say "you are NEAT", it's almost the same but that's what the spiders say more often I think :rolleyes: MMMM Both are good.

Maybe "GIFTS for you" being the brandname :D

I cant wait to see the Artila toys and Erika dolls!! :D

A possible idea may be t-shirts with the name of the games on it.

I have always been loyal to the shaper cause in previous games but now im a rebel..but I think that I may like the trakovites too.

I think that Jeff should bring again the mass area spells, like Curse all or Slow Group. Those spells and the like where amazing for turning the battle for your favor, specially the though outdoor encounters, with that slow and curse tactic it was easy to defeat a very large group of enemies in a low level.
But in avernum the only slow spell was SLOW(duh) and it only affected one foe!!! That doesn't even compare with slow group!! And about curse i think there is no cursing spell...maybe charm foe in level 1, that just emfeebles.
Group fear was useful sometimes. Especially when you feel lazy to kill all the monsters in outdoors. And pestilence was still very funny and was somewhat useful for killing enemies in town because of the desease.

Also more damage types could be implemented. It's just about creativity. Something like a HOLY damage done to undead, maybe...corruption damage for kill and that kind of spells, things like that.

The barriers and fields should come back too...they weren't that useful all the time but where quite cool, and again Jeff should create other kinds of fields...like a stasis field that freezes people. Or totems that create fields and being able to build/summon them...

I could be all day long giving ideas... :)

I was wandering exactly the same thing about that class!!!!
The only fragile caster here is the shaper...but there is no a pure mage.
I hope there will be one for G5 :P anyway the new classes are great!!
