quote:English speakers have a long and rich history of borrowing words from other languages, mangling them, and using them until they no longer have any semblence of their original meaning. It no longer matters what something used to mean, only what it means now. You dig? Edit : Not precisely a misspelling, but still, an error in spelling. I realize the PPP is all automated now, but I've got my doubts. I believe that piperBot has a drinking problem. I cite two examples of egregious error in processing. Is this endemic? For the record, I was not looking for those topics, but they did, ahh, catch my eye. Why is there no search option? That would be useful, especially if it worked more along the line of google search, and less along the line of ubb.search. -------------------- quote: Posts: 4114 | Registered: Monday, April 25 2005 07:00 |

If it is agreement, then I do agree that using the yardstick of money to describe a person's wealth is like using a tape measure to describe their personality. -------------------- quote: Posts: 4114 | Registered: Monday, April 25 2005 07:00 |

quote:See, that is curious. Aran has those little stickers on his web page telling me it is all safe and such, yet IE also crashes every 3 or so visits. I ended up adding Firefox, version 1.5, so that I could be constantly in touch with how wasteful I am. So Aran, why doesn't your webpage work with IE? -------------------- quote: Posts: 4114 | Registered: Monday, April 25 2005 07:00 |

Don't be fooled Lenny. Canada is not a country. It is a independently run territory of North Dakota. -------------------- quote: Posts: 4114 | Registered: Monday, April 25 2005 07:00 |

Tonight could be the end, so please, give me a preview of the pitching matchup. I am sadly without information. :( I leave in the frownie, since St Louis is 6 outs from winning the whole thing, and Detroit just keeps making more errors. Some of them may end up in a different set of stripes if the commish sets his mind on it. [ Friday, October 27, 2006 17:41: Message edited by: Spookee Salmon ] -------------------- quote: Posts: 4114 | Registered: Monday, April 25 2005 07:00 |

An educated population is less inclined to resort to brute force when seeking goals. Over half my property tax goes to schools and I have no children. I would never dream of complaining about this. To reiterate, with public education we can mandate education, which ensmartens everyone and leads to fewer acts of violence. With privatized education we can not mandayte educashun, which leads to Vinnie over there breakin yor neekaps fer being of the disagreeabal sohrt.
