Curses! Foiled again! And I would've got away with it too, if it weren't for you meddling IE users! -- Well, it's happening to me too when I use IE. I have a good guess as to what does it, so I'll go fix it now. But you should still stop using it. Not only does it suck, it's insecure as hell. -------------------- Encyclopaedia Ermariana • Forum Archives • Forum Statistics • RSS [Topic / Forum] My Blog • Polaris • I eat novels for breakfast. Actually, Aran and Tyran's constant implication on how horrible is IE (not mentioning making fun of me for using it) were the sole reason of me getting Firefox. Posts: 1035 | Registered: Friday, April 1 2005 08:00 |

There is no justification for using IE. IE is yet another piece of shameless scurrility from the heartless depths of Microsoft. Firefox is the open-source savior that will free you from all internet worries! Actually, in all seriousness, did IE for Mac have all the security holes that IE for Windows has? Anyone know? —Alorael, who also didn't know that Firefox 2.0 is now available. Time to take a look! Posts: 14579 | Registered: Saturday, December 1 2001 08:00 |

Don't get too excited: 2.0 is very similar to 1.5. -------------------- "I can't read this thread with that image. But then, that's not a complaint." -Scorpius Geneforge 4 stuff. It's very similar, but there are several nice improvements. Several things that I used to rely on extensions for are now built in. Also, it has automatic spellcheck. I think we should make everyone on the boards use it. :P [ Friday, October 27, 2006 17:55: Message edited by: Tyranicus. ] -------------------- "Tyranicus is about the only one that still posts in the Nethergate Forum." —Randomizer Spiderweb Chat Room Shadow Vale - My site, home of the Spiderweb Chat Database, BoA Scenario Database, & the A1 Quest List, among other things. Gently steering this back on topic, it appears that posting took a dramatic downfall. Perhaps my vote of 151-175 was too generous? -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. Posts: 2686 | Registered: Friday, September 8 2006 07:00 |

The automatic spell check is great. No more typing in Word for me! Seriously, they are geniuses. the only bad thing about 2.0 is that my favorite theme hasn't been updated yet. -------------------- You acquire an item: Radio Free Foil Posts: 1169 | Registered: Monday, September 23 2002 07:00 |

I'm sure someone will make a new interesting topic soon. Or several of them. I wasn't here yesterday and it looks like I missed a lot. -------------------- You acquire an item: Radio Free Foil Posts: 1169 | Registered: Monday, September 23 2002 07:00 |

Your generousity doesn't stop there, Mr Nioca. You have contributed 1/11th of the total posts so far this month. One whole day's worth. I wouldn't yet consider the board doomed to fall below your estimate, what with the sudden infux of new topics that will have happened on the 3rd. -------------------- quote: Posts: 4114 | Registered: Monday, April 25 2005 07:00 |

It's a sign that more people need to post! Of course, 9.00 post per day does tend to do that to you. :D Let's not forget, Salmon, that you are posting at a very similar rate to mine. If Dikiyoba could call you two spammers in good conscience, Dikiyoba would. But since Dikiyoba can't do that in good conscience, Dikiyoba will just have to do it in bad conscience. Spammers! :P Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Thank goodness. It is reassuring to know that things are still as they were, since Dikiyoba doesn't want to end up in second for this month. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Here's a bizarre twist to this forum. Assuming that everything holds to it's current course... Note the top five. If my prediction holds, no one in the top five will have changed position. It appears that, when pushed to post, patterns start emerging in our post counts. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. Andraste is certainly the dark horse this month. If only her roommate had thought to lay down money on her posting prowess rather than on the Tigers... Time to check the bookies in Ireland to set bets on the quinteca. Posts: 143 | Registered: Sunday, October 29 2006 07:00 |
