Tonight could be the end, so please, give me a preview of the pitching matchup. Since I was born in Michigan, it makes me sad whenever a Detroit team comes so close to a championship, and loses. Considering how badly the Tigers whipped the Yankees and Oakland, I think most figured that they would wipe the floor with the Cardinals too. Boy, were they wrong. Oh well... EDIT: I would like to point out that I'm used to these types of losses. Just a few years back, the Carolina Panthers, after years of losing records, surprised everyone by becoming one of the best teams in the NFL. Then, after making it to the superbowl, they lost by a field goal to the New England Patriots.
