Ouch, The day I went on a GF4 spree and went all the way from Quessa-Uss to almost the end of the game in one day, without saving, to get crushed so near the end still hurts. That taught me to quicksave.
Another one, also in G4, was when poor Ithelril the lifecrafter came unprepared against the Titan. I t took him several reloads to finally beat the Titan and his guards, and when he at last managed, wth only 4 or so HP left, his highest-dexterity creation went rogue on him and had that first shot that finished little Thelly off.

Just put down E. R. Eddison's The Worm Ouroboros. Amazing, and a quite new adventure for me, being one of the first books I;ve read written in that type of archaic English.

I remember the first time I played Geneforge 2 as an agent using almost only javelins, I used to leave caches of javelins at each entrance of the zones I was currently working on.

I defintely agree on a Starcraft film, it would be amazing to see, and I'm sure many peple would look at it and love it just ecause it's Starcraft.

I think Deus Ex would have made a great film, it was announced some time back in 2002 or 2003, but it was cancelled, pity.
The X games (X3: Reunion, X2: The Threat) are among my favorite games, and would probably be great as films too.
The Half Life movie look good, can't wait for when it comes out!
I would also like to see Baldur's Gate, Duke Nukem and Final Fantasy (may not work) films

And as a side note, Omnikethesic, Khyryk is a man, so 'la' isn't the best option...

Depends. Right now I'm hovering between the forementioned Nuerstart, Sorry, Blame it on Me by Akon, Way I Are by Timbaland, Nemo by Nightwish and many different Iron Maiden songs.

I like so many...

Nuerstart. The theme is just soo great!

I think that the book is always better than the movie beacuse you can imagine the scenes yourself instead of looking at other people visions of them, and because with most book-based films they are missing so many of the things in the books. Of course, there are always exceptions (LotR films).

Got up at 10 and played GF4. Then fixed a leak in the central heating.
Then cam eback and finished GF4. Then played Travian and posted on various forums, then went to local library, then played several musical instruments then went back on the computer.

I always name my creations. I also occasionally freak out when my first Fyora snuffs it.

With GF1-3 I gave them misplaced names (Charlie the Fyora, Bart the Gazer...) but with GF$ i keep calling most of them ---wyrd , like Flamewyrd, Firewyrd, Wyrdfang... Wierd, wot?

I got the GF1 demo on (Macworld?) CD back when it was released. Played it for a day, found it too complicated (I musts have been about 6 or 7), and stuck it in a folder somewhere on the computer. Some years later, I found it again, thought "Oh, I remember this game; didn't I think it was bad?"
Then I played it, promptly loved it and finished the demo very quickly.
Then I went SW's site, discovered GF2, and was delighted about it and downloaded the demo too along with the demos for all the other games.

For a while I had my hands full. Then I bought BoA and GF4, they are my two favorites.
