One of our early Presidents (I think it was George Washington) warned about the effects of "entangling alliances" with foreign nations. Well, we didn't listen, and here we are now. I'm not for or against Israel or Palestine; I believe that they have the liberty to kill each other if they so desire. What I'm against is our supporting either of them. Quick poll, how many people believe we are better off for supporting Israel? Would supporting Palestine be better? Just out of curiosity, what is the basis for your not killing the person or doubling your possessions? Sure, most people would say that those things are wrong, (okay maby the first one) but why are these things wrong? Yes there are usually four small "buds" around a central pinecore. The buds restore health to the center plant when it's health gets low. I had heard that the U.S. was reopening negotiations with Palestine, but I dont't know how Arafat's coma will affect that.
