I have found no problem with Jeff's games, although I have never played BoE, but I agree (for what it's worth) with quartex. Sustaining and satisfying a growing community of scenario creators is much harder to do than simply making a stand-alone game. I would recommend Silent Storm. Its a real time/turn based WW2 stratagy game. Although on a laptop, he may have to turn the graphics down a bit.
