Godhood is the only requirement.

Oh, and exactly where is Krasnova right now? I can't seem to get a good read on her... is she in demon-slaying mode, or in rampage-across-the-countryside-destroying-everything-in-her-path-mode?

Eh, it's not important. And I'm happy to say that I actually posted.

I plan on calling a Godsmoot and revisiting the pantheon in my next post. Tentatively speaking, whose characters would attend?

Oh, and Safey, I'll have a draft of a Makroangkeen/Geltor post sent to you soon.

IC:

Zeth watched the intruder go. Sure, he agreed with his sentiments, but still... this god seemed different.

He heard another long, pained scraping sound from outside. When he went to the window to investigate, he barely caught a glimpse of a stone block neatly inserting itself into the side of his building.

Yes... maybe this is different.

-----------

The book had just appeared. Sliros had felt a fleeting presence matching that of Avin, the language god who wanted to know about the pantheon. But that was it, and now, the god stood holding a book that absolutely radiated unholy magic.

He would deal with it later. There were greater things afoot.

The rabbit swarm had been entertaining, and it was good to see Kilana, the Goddess of Fertility still up to her old tricks. And to make things even better, the rabbits meant extra food for the city's poor. But there was a positive stench of demonic energy surrounding Kirwood, and Sliros was beginning to wonder if Makroangkeen was trying to pull something off.

If it's just Geltor, I can handle this... but with Makroangkeen's wit, he might actually be a problem. But here's hoping that the two cannot share a mind and a body at the same time.

And Joth continued to rebuild itself.

Saint Louis, Missouri... we get tornadoes, but they usually avoid the city itself. And we get really bad thunderstorms every so often, like last year when a string of storms knocked out nearly all of the city's power.

...okay. I'm going to level with you all.

I haven't been reading the IC this week. My job runs me down every day, and by the time I get home, I'm not in any condition to write an IC. So. Maybe by Friday I'll have a clue what's going on.

MM: That royally blows. My condolences.

ADoS: Agreed... compromising is more often than not completely unhelpful. My only problem is that the honest debates that I end up in often end up feeling like fights later on. On the plus side, it really does more good to try and improve things than to just meet each other halfway. I feel like that's not very coherent, though... and that's probably because it's so late.

Communication is absolutely key, though (as cliché as it sounds). I'm re-learning that as my girlfriend is out of town for two months this summer, and I have to adapt to only being able to talk to her over the phone (I hate phone conversations). It's one of those things that I just personally have to improve on (see not compromising, above). Also, it's a matter of re-establishing one of the things about our relationship that made it so great to begin with. We were able to talk to each other about pretty much anything, until it became apparent that the one thing we couldn't talk to each other about was us. What followed was a painful lack of openness for a while (probably more my fault than hers), until we both remembered how to talk to each other again.

Point is, stuff happens. And I'd appreciate it if you'd link me to that site, ADoS... never too late to (re)learn a thing or two.

Agreed. I'm fine admitting that I haven't really bounced around and done the cliché string of random hookups boasted about by so many idiots out there... I've really only had two relationships that I count.* And of the two, both have actually been based around the fact that I've cared about the other person, and vice versa. And currently, I'm blessed by an 18-month relationship that actually feels honest and fairly serious.

So that digressed. But what I mean is that even with that kind of setup, I don't really know if I'm satisfied with my love life. I tend towards yes, though.

* - The third involved an attempt by one of my friends to set me up with someone, but it turned out that she was psychotic (in the literal, kinda frightening way) and that he was just trying to get her to leave him alone.

I think it's solid throughout. Like any long-running series, it has a meh comic every now and then, but I still find it incredibly funny.

Nope... St. Louis. I'm looking forward to getting to teach game modding (Battlefield 2)... since after all, it's what I do. :D

Awesome, though. I kinda wondered about that possibility...
