I particularly enjoyed the artwork from the Grandia, Fire Emblem, and Seiken Densetsu series.
I enjoyed the music even more.

I'm just afraid of what the major corporations will do when they get ahold of this "Voice From The Sky" atmospheric sound wave laser technology.

Imagine the voice of God commanding you, "THOU SHALT DRINK PEPSI."

There is a new breed of weaponry fast approaching — and at the speed of light, no less. They are labeled "directed-energy weapons," and they may well signal a revolution in military hardware — perhaps more so than the atomic bomb.

Directed-energy weapons take the form of lasers, high-powered microwaves and particle beams. Their adoption for ground, air, sea, and space warfare depends not only on using the electromagnetic spectrum, but also upon favorable political and budgetary wavelengths too.

As far as I know, there are no other versions besides the original Exile series and the newer Avernum series. The Exile series featured 8-bit graphics, and the Avernum series features 16-bit graphics in pseudo-3D style. I do not think there are any versions prior to the original Exile: Escape from the Pit.

I'm "J", AKA Fanatic72802. I've been around here for 5-6 years, and am about to celebrate my 18th birthday.
I also go through a display name per day, so I'm better referred to as #37.
That's all you really need to know about me.

Good times.

Anyways, my most intense gaming moment'd have to be...The third boss in Samidare, where it is extremely difficult to dodge it's attacks. I'mma upload a pic of it later.

Fortunately, we in central Tennessee were spared all save some 40-50mph winds early in the morning. No power out, no internet out. All's well.

My condolences, like many others, to those less fortunate.

Seconded, though replace 'two days' with 'two months', and replace 'two weeks' with 'anythere between three and six months'.

As long as the combat system is decent, and the plot is interesting, I could care less what kind of interface or graphics it has.

That being said, in my humble opinion, we need an Avernum Online, not another sequel.

I'm rather glad my own brother no longer uses this computer for browsing the Internet. I'd be busted if he caught 4chan in my Net History. Gladly, I've set up a password on this computer to that account, and my brother just uses his account to play games, our Mac to surf the web.

But before that, we really used to go at each other's e-throats, sabotaging each other's message board accounts and whatnot, until I learned to lock him off the comp with my l33t Windows skills, so my sympathies for Hawk King.
