Hahaha...This is amazing..All of my school friends think I'm crazy when I told them about it and I come here and it's just considered normal. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

This may sound really wierd but last night I had a dream in which I was writing a poem...And then when I woke up I re-wrote it and it sounds like I'm about to cut my wrists or something...Anyway I'll post it here - "Dispair, Misery, Hatred All of these emotions flood me now, It seems no light can seep into the darkness that is my soul. My friends try to tell me that I wasn't allways like this, But the darkness consumes my mind, calling me. Death greets me warm, Far more welcome than anything this life has to offer." Is this kind of thing normal or is this crazy like my mates keep telling me? I'm sure writing a poem in your sleep isnt supposed to happen, is it? A really good book that I found a while ago was "the source: Earth Voyage" and it was really really good. No-one else seems to have heard of it though and I can't find any others from the same series. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

I just played Homeland and it is by far the worst game I've played. Your dog dies and the games over, what the hells up with that. I've played better games on an Atari. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Well I didn't get arrested for impersonating a police officer but my mate (who I was with) got arrested for throwing a smoke bomb into someones window. It was hell funny at the time but 10 minutes, 2 fire engines and a police car later it didn't seem quite so amusing to him although we still thought it was awesome. He has to go to court on Friday and faces 25-50 hours community servace. That makes my day. Like they say: Petrol for the ride to town...$7 Tape for the camera $20...6 foot five guy getting arrested wearing a chicken suit...Priceless Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

I plan on impersonating a police officer and generally ruining peoples halloween nights. We already bought and tested the police lights (people actually pull over even though our car clearly isnt a police car, hell it doesnt even have a warrent), so it should be funny till we most likely get arrested or something. Yea I live in NZ so it's spring...Also I plan on dressing up for halloween and scaring the crap out of someone in a hilarous fashon and getting it on video. I'm yet to figure out how though. Our school is really good, every one gets along with each other basically and if they don't then they just don't talk at all. I mean at primary i get into quite a few fights but in my entire time at high school I haven't gotten into one... Or maybe it's because I've grown like a foot... Either way my highschool is pretty good. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

It's not like they're going to do anything about it. They wouldn't waste their time and money trying to sue someone for using their graphics in a game that not many people know of.(No offence meant to the game) Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Well like everyone else seems to be I'm stuck. When I go under that rebel city and that guy betrays me I didnt go into combat mode and i just killed with my fighter. It then came up with some error but i didn't pay alot of atention because everything seemed to work ok but now i cant go anywhere because it says something about a combat bug even though I'm not in combat...Is there anything I can do or any way to fix this? Or am I just missing something obvious as usual? Anyway any help would be great [ Wednesday, September 08, 2004 23:47: Message edited by: Kingy ] Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Its a great game but it's well worth buying just for the manuel, case etc. Considering you can get second hand for about ten bucks. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Everyone has ideas that would be worth making into scenarios but even the best ideas are no use if theres no-one willing (or capable as in my case) to make the scenarios. It's all good and well having an idea but it takes alot of hard work, time and skill to turn them into a half decent scenario. Believe me I've tried (and failed). Good to hear about that scenario being made... Hopefully it'll mean that we'll get to see a fresh, new and hopefully decent scenario in a few months. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |
I bought BoA in the hopes of finally getting down to making that scenario. Then I took one look at the editor and got discouraged.
But if they made it simpler then there wouldnt be any decent scenarios when they came out. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

I guess I registerd thinking about constantly being able to download scenarios because of being able to put the BOE scenarios onto it. ...turns out its alot harder than it seems... I should probably try and make my own scenario but everything I make turns out crap even compared to the scenarios out now(which are surprisingly good for how quick they arrived) Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

When I first downloaded Boa I was pleasantly suprised to find the scenarios coming in quite fast but lately the flow of scenarios seems to have run dry...not even a small scenario... I probably shouldn't be complaining because evey scenario I have tried to make has failed miserably to be anything at all. I guess theres nothing to do untill a new scenario comes out except to to go outside and mindlessly kill hords of innocent people out of boredom. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |
