Stewie is brilliant. He cracks me up constantly. I have yet to see an epesode that didn't at least make me laugh. Simpsons are heavily overplayed (eg its like 6th/7th time around) so they get boring as you already know the epesodes and the newest ones arnt even that great. Family guy is brilliant, although South Park is better. Comedy wise there used to be some show on a few years ago that was set back when europeans started settling New Zealand and it basically consisted of Maoris taking the piss out of themselves and taking the piss out of europeans. It was really good but I don't think it would go down all to well at the moment because the Maoris seem to be alot more uptight lately. Anyway back on topic, anything by Monty Python is also brilliant. [ Tuesday, June 14, 2005 23:21: Message edited by: Kingy ] Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

I personally would say he's guilty but that's just opinion and I have no physical evidance. However the judge said he was innocent so he's innocent. But from what I heard he may have to sell Neverland because of this whole thing which in my view isn't exactly fair. If it's decided he is innocent then why should he suffer for something that was not his choice? Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Knowing our luck the All Blacks will play poorly for that game because their over confident and lose 30-10 or something. But if all goes well it should be an interesting and relativly even match. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

No, I know I wasn't leaning on any key. Also it was the page that it was taking me back to that opened 150 times so maybe it just didn't like me not wanting to see it and wanted revenge or something. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

For some unknown reason, when I tried to post before I decided I didn't really want to see what I wrote so I exited the window. It didn't seem to like this and proceeded to open 150 new internet explorer windows. Anyone know why exactly? Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

quote:Yea, I just make my friend get books out for me. But I barely ever get books out I just thought it was stupid to not let me get it for free, when my friend who lives not even 2 kms away gets it for free. Also I have to say that rugby at the moments a little sad...Come on, the NZ vs. Fiji was 91-0. And then the NZ maori team beat the Lions who were supposed to be really good. I mean the Maori team is good but it isnt our national team and shouldn't be that good Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Not really a big fan of the geneforge series. Didn't even beat the demos. But I suppose I'll just wait until A4 comes out and buy it along with that, unless one of my mates wants to buy a Spiderweb game and I'll just put it along with that. Also I live in New Zealand so $15 is like $25 and $25 is like $40 so it's quite a bit more expensive than it seems at first glance. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Dunedin New Zealand Actaully to be presise I live just out of Dunedin (by about 1km) and so if I want a library card (to allow me to get books out) I have to pay $100 but yet it's free for people that are in Dunedin. Anyway...Thats my pointless rant for today. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Woah, theres quite a few for this many replys in one day. I was expecting maybe 1 reply. I thought it seemed to be one of Jeffs better games (probably second, behind Avernum 2, or maybe 3rd after BoA) but no-one ever seems to mention it and there is never any nethergate forum topics so I thought it must not be as well liked. I really should/want to buy it but right now I'm really strapped for cash (because of my coming up one year anniversary with the girlfriend) but do you think it would be worth it for me to purchase it? I was just curious how many people on this forum actually own nethergate (the full, not the demo). I mean it is a good game, but I havent purchased it and not many people seem to talk about it so it'd be interesting to know how many people own. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

The "Tommorow when the War Began" series is also pretty good. Just finished reading the first one but my friend assures me the rest are just as good. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Sounds good, I'll go sign up. "Other Spiderweb Games SubTerra, Lost Souls, Galactic Core, Ocean Bound and Homeland: Stone of Night. " I see no mention of Nethergate. Is this intentional? [ Friday, June 10, 2005 22:19: Message edited by: Kingy ] Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |
