I would introduce the atomic bomb. Originally by Lord Safely: quote:Wouldn't that be the bane of Shaping forever? Are you still stuck on that rebel fort fight? If so, make two drayks because wingbolts don't resist fire, they do good damage to kyshakks(I think), and wingbolts resist the kyshakk's attack. However, your drayks won't resist magic. -------------------- "640K ought to be enough for anybody." -- Bill Gates, 1981 The wheel is turning but the hamster is dead. I think you should stay hasted and use corners for protection. You can attack at a corner and run back and the other creations will not see you. You might also consider lowering the difficulty and using the Geneforge. Is it possible to clear out the inner crypt on torment without using the Geneforge? -------------------- "640K ought to be enough for anybody." -- Bill Gates, 1981 The wheel is turning but the hamster is dead. I seem to recall that I joined the Awakened, then the Takers, then the Barzites then the shapers to reap benefits. You can join the Awakened first and learn stuff at the Magus Complex. By keeping your reputation pro-servile, you can join the takers and betray them. After that, use Learned Darian to push you reputation towards the Shapers. Join the Shapers, betray them and finally meet up with the Barzites. -------------------- "640K ought to be enough for anybody." -- Bill Gates, 1981 "But what ... is it good for?" --Engineer at the Advanced Computing Systems Division of IBM, 1968, commenting on the microchip. I like using a drayk because in long, hasted battles, the kyshakk runs out of energy. And is this the same character as this one? http://www.ironycentral.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=21;t=000404 -------------------- "640K ought to be enough for anybody." -- Bill Gates, 1981 The wheel is turning but the hamster is dead. Perhaps the Sucian Natives sent out in the wrong direction on the sea (such as sailing from Europe, around the Americas, and finally reaching China [though I doubt it]) I like Emp's idea better that the islands were already settled and one of the continents were just settled more. -------------------- "640K ought to be enough for anybody." -- Bill Gates, 1981 "But what ... is it good for?" --Engineer at the Advanced Computing Systems Division of IBM, 1968, commenting on the microchip. Democracy doesn't work because, on average, there will be more stupid than smart people because stupid people do stupid things. Since the less intelligent have more children, democracy tends to make bad decisions. For that Plato did not believe in a democracy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plato [ Wednesday, April 04, 2007 04:09: Message edited by: Leftover Sauerkraut ] -------------------- "640K ought to be enough for anybody." -- Bill Gates, 1981 "But what ... is it good for?" --Engineer at the Advanced Computing Systems Division of IBM, 1968, commenting on the microchip. quote:It's a game, how could you carry around 30 puresteel breastplates anyway? Besides, if you get into combat, you can just drop whatever you're carrying. I would like a Nethergate style game where you can choose to start out helping the shapers or the rebels and have an opportunity to switch sides in the middle of the game. That could lead to more varied endings. Like if you start out a shaper and remain shaper, they will reward you greatly but if you start out as a rebel, they won't trust you as much no matter what you do. The spines don't take away damage they just deal a percentage of melee damage (without amour) back to your attacker. And if I were you, I wouldn't make the all-protector. The Essence Aegis or the quicksilver bulwark is much better. I think they have no mounted creatures because they would be easy to cast terror on to. If a shaper was in the middle of casting a killer spell, all the enemy would have to do is scare his mount. It probably takes a lot of concentration to cast spells and ride horse-like creatures effectively. I thin it would be ineffective to mount guardians just because all the enemy would have to do is get a battle alpha/beta and punch them off their mount. -------------------- "640K ought to be enough for anybody." -- Bill Gates, 1981 The wheel is turning but the hamster is dead. There is no way he found the Trakovites. The game in GF3 had a rebel ending and rebels use crazy amounts of canisters. If he did found the Trakovites, he is either a hypocrite or he got the ending that your a rebel and didn't use canisters. Saying that an average human is about 6 feet tall, it is about 2.5-3 times the size of what it's holding. So that is about 15-18 feet. Drakons are 12 feet so I think it is an Unbound. -------------------- "640K ought to be enough for anybody." -- Bill Gates, 1981 The wheel is turning but the hamster is dead.
