Wait until you get to the later books and the elipses points.

The problem with all of his writings is that he doesn't make enough per book to make a living so he writes multiple books a year that aren't that good in quality. When I still read him it was 3 per year.

Do vlish get to use a baton in each tentacle since they don't need them for locomotion? Suddenly I had this vision of a vlish firing squad mowing down armies with multiple firing batons.

We already have a process for population reduction in place. It's called limited wars. This produces minor reductions in population in third world countries where we don't care about them. Look at Iraq, Africa, revolutions in small Asian countries and see how we are decreasing those areas. Starvation from food supply disruptions are a bonus.

Independents just don't want to be labelled as belonging to a party. Especially our parties.

When traps reset? in Geneforge 4: Rebellion

If you haven't increased your mechanics, then a trap should go off when triggered a second time after warning. Not all traps are damage types, since some trigger alarms or release a monster that appears nearby.

On rare occasions if a monster wanders into the spot on the other side of a wall, then you can't enter. Galag-Trav has that problem with rats. So keep trying.

The other 2 hidden areas are entered by going through a north corridor wall so you could try those for practice since I know that those are empty.

You need to walk through walls. The room in the southeast has a secret door in about the middle of a north/south corridor. Beyond that door is a room with blocks and a few undead. There is also another room in the northeast that is a secret door and I think one more.

The glass gated doors are the reward key for doing the hags of Hagfen's quests. One leads to the Selkie pelts which also can be gotten by the block puzzle portal, the other two lead to scrolls for raising beast and craft circle levels in one character by 3. The Romans only get the kill Selkie chief quest, but the Celts in Nethergate: Resurrection get the quest to recover an skull from the Goblin Warrens in the northeast (the Romans got this quest in the original game).

13. Is there lever to open that portcullis in Dorikas' hideout in Erika's ruins? If so where it is, I searched whole cave but no lever.

There is a rune that you have to stand atop on the main level east of lich that opens the way down. It's in a small room. For some reason that rune doesn't always work, at least it didn't the second time I returned to loot so besure to open the gate in the southeast to the Abyss.

I added your editor to the links page of Strategy Central. I think it never got added because Slarty made it and didn't include editors in GF3 and GF4 Strategy Central. Besides even with using the search for your member number most of the topics didn't have it, just your mentioning that it existed.

Anyone else going to move the party along. Join up if you are still in the village and let's hit the trackless wastes.

I can't believe how long it's been since there was major postage. In just before the 2 week deadline.

In terms of physical damage, the largest current bomb would destroy a major city. Radiation would spread by the wind to cover a large area as a secondary effect. The shockwave depending upon detonation height would destroy some buildings. You could achieve the same effect with enough conventional bombs.

Jericho had more the disruption of infrastructure and government leadership from 23 simultaneous atomic blasts. The country survived, but was disorganized until leadership and supply chains were rebuilt.

Nuclear winter refers to the debris cloud by multiple detonations covering the atmosphere much like a large volcanic eruption (Krakatoa) or the First Gulf War oil fires. This would produce climatic changes depending upon the location and amount.

Now using a bomb to trigger an earthquke by exploding it along a fault line would produce wide spread devastation, but even that is unlikely.

getting latest versions of games in Tech Support

Download the new demo version and it will use the CD registration in the preference file to unlock the full game. As long as the preference file that is usually found elsewhere on the hard disk is okay, you can play the full game and delete the older version.

You may want to save and transfer your games from the old version to the new one. Depending upon the game they are either stored with the game in the application folder or in documents.

I like liverwurst, but can't get any decent one anymore. The last store I bought it from got lazy in making it. I don't want to spend time picking out gristle.

Edit - More info for the admin victorys

Some of these are too easy:

1. Never bring a dagger to a fight when your opponent brings a gun. Alorael's sniper rifle makes it easy to kill the Silent Assassin before he gets close enough to do damage. Although when Alorael goes downstairs for some more skribbande, he gets a bucket of water dropped on his head as he pushes open the door all the way to pass through.

2. Arancaytar just keeps sending his bots in to finish off the ADoS. This gives him time to deal with all the complaints about updating the archives.

3. Drakefyre has all the powers of an admin to overwhelm any lesser being. I'll wait to the next round for him to have a challenge.

Edit -Drakefyre casts divine warrior on himself and slices and dices his opponent.

4. Dintiradan wins as long as he keeps his helmet on to protect him. Plus his Deth Ray is auto kill if he gets to target it.

5. I'll go with Nemesis having more experience to take out ET.

6. Stareye is another powerful admin that takes the field and stomps his opponent into the ground.

Edit - Stareye glowers until his opponent is stunned and then stomps his boot until a firm impression is made into the fallen's face.

7. I went with Jumpin'n Salmon spamming SoT. Quantity overwhelms the quality of posts so SoT gets buried under as he replies in detail to why Salmon is wrong.

8. I was going to give this to TM until I remember that Jewels is used to all the abuse and flame that TM can dish out. Then she smothers him with love until he suffocates.
