quote:I was under the empression that the star had already dissappeared before I wrote a post. All I intended to do with that post, was to let the FNF notice that that star was there, but had dissappeared. the book can only be opened when the star is there, as Goldenking had understood. When the star vanishes, the book closes, not the way around. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Then I'm afraid I will need some explanation. If there is a god who controls everything, then a person really can't do what he wants, as it is god who controls him. Only if god doesn't control everything, free will can exist. So how does it exactly work? -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Give us your drek! The hardest part for me, was the alpha-testing. I know that probably sound weird, but I outright dreaded every moment of it. The coding and designing of towns merely got boring, but not hard. Frustrating, yus, but hard, no. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Give us your drek! quote:This reminded me just a bit too much of the Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galacy. But to be honest, on this whole matter of free will, isn't it so that, if one believe sin god, you automatically don't believe in free will? God is the ruler, god does everything, god regulates what happens and what not. When I see a father of a muslim fundamentelist that blew himself up, then the first thing he says is: "it was what Allah wanted," which means that his son/daughter didn't really want to do it, he/she only thought that he/she wanted to do it, but inreality god made him/her to do it. I can be mistaken in this, as I don't believe in god or something of that kind. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. The army had stopped to rest. Mernal had asked some of the warriors to make a small fire, when that became redundant. A large red thing had appeared at the sky. Mernal pointed upwards, and calle for his advisors. These were some magi and a few of his finest warriors and spies. "Master Mernal, what do you think it is!?" "I don't know, my good warrior. However, do you remember that big strange book we took from the library of Moon? The one we couldn't open? bring it to me. Now." The spy left and quickly rturned ith a thick book. he handed it over to mernal, who tried to open it. It worked. Originally that had thought this book to contain some bolt of fire spell, which was guarded by some ancient magic. Now however, Mernal undernstood the star of the cover to be the red star that had appeared on the sky. The star dissappeared. the book closed. It closed befor mernal could even read what was inside. Angrily he tossed the book some meters off the camp. I hate it when such an inferior power as a book makes me inferior! -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. The FNF is on the land bridge, allied to the goblin goblins (who are still there, I presume?), allied to a just found Nephil tribe. I'm planning on moving forward, if that's okay with the other participants. Rakshasi are like big tigers right? Do they spare their cat brothers, or do they attack everybody? Slartucker, I apologize. When i wrote that I was very touchy, so that "get a life" didn't do me good at all. Also, what are the goblins going to do? -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Give us your drek! Slartucker, two things: 1) you're not anymore participating in the RP; 2) I can't care if they are rakshasi, evil hamburgers or giants, I just want to know why they are here. I want to know why TM brought them in, as I have the feeling that we have enough to fight for as it is, without having evil cats who absorb magic all around Ermarian. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Ugh *sighs* *facepalm* um... any other words or things with which i can make my frsutration clear? So where did these Rakthingies come from? WHY are they here? I don't mean, because this and that person summonded them, but isn't this WAY of limit? I mean, to me its almost like what goldenking did: in an instant he summoned a large army of (in this case) almost unbeatable (it seems) creatures. Yes! Am I supposed to be happy/confused/startled? Please clarify. NOW. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Give us your drek! Tyranicus, if you can test in Windows 2000, I'd be very grateful. I added you. EDIT: dintiradan: now that i have an other windows tester, do you still want to test, or do you changed your mind? Given the fatc that you'll only get the scenario until next week, and you said your tests will be done by then, would you still like to test? please? *blink* *blink* EDIT2: Wow, I just saw that I have almost no mac testers. So, if any mac tester still wants to join, he is more than welcome. for all windows testers out there, sorry. The shop has closed. Thanks Salmon. If he indeed works with Windows, that's even better then. I tested it on my Mac OS 9.2.2 anyway, so... Okay, Ash, you're in. How stupid! i forgot the most important person of all! Mark is about 16. he has nice long, blond hair, and likes music that i don't really like. I won't specify any genre, because I'd probably make some huge mistakes that I would be commented on untill I'm off secondary school. He has a nice grilfriend who slapped me in the face some times for fun. Mark has the most incredible sense of humor I've seen so far. one in a million, I would think. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Spy.there, well, to be hinest, I'd rather have yiou draw the pics than beta-test if I must choose. its a pity you can't do both. You say you are slow? How slow? When do you think you will be ready? Ash: Yes, I'd really appreciate that. Just answer the questions in the first poist of this topic please, and I'll add you to the forum. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Casper is 15 your old, and likes playing games. espacially Battlefield 2 and GTA, which I dislike. He seems to wear the same clothes quite frequently. he has spikes, though not always, sometimes his hair is just without gell. Aldert is 15 or 16, I'm not sure, and he is very alike Casper. He is a nice guy and very good in poker. Knows when to start betting and when to just pass. He wears glasses, and I have seen him wear the same sweater for over two weeks, I think. Jelle Joustra is a gentle quiet guy with whome you can have a good laugh and a drink at midnight. He also plays battlefield 2 and GTA, but seems to be less of a gamer. He has brown hair covering his ears, and he likes plain sweaters. Tim van Mourik is a nice boy of 15, but a INCREDIBLY annoying person sometimes. He starts discussing al kinds of things with you, and while he does that, he makes you feel as if you are inferior. Besides that, he has almost no sense of humor. I know more people, but as I'm getting bored now, I'll stop. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Thanks, Dintiradan. Yes, the scanrio will only arrive in the weekend, and if things really get delayed, you'll mayble only get it on monday or tuesday. I'll have cut some pieces of the current graphics, as to trim down in file size. Updated list of beta-testers. I don't need any kmore testers. All that applied, thanks very much! I do appreciate it. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Give us your drek!
