What's your favorite cereal? in General

I didn't get to eat sugar cereals growing up either. At the time I thought that was unusual, but it seems to be fairly common. I was allowed to have candy-like things (like Fruit Rollups, Pepsi, cookie…), but not for breakfast.

I've never tried the cereal bars; the concept of solidified milk that never sours seems off to me, as does cereal that doesn't get stale.

Asking people to use better spelling/grammar is so we are able to understand and answer their questions better. Some members on this forum are not native English speakers and may have trouble reading abbreviated English; it is not the intention to upset anyone.

I have not noticed you to regularly double posting (which is why I didn't comment about you doing so), but "intentional double posting" is a minor infraction in the CoC. I don't think we have scolded for doing these things.

Is my voice really that high? :o Oh well, maybe I'll post another one later, but I'll spare you my singing…

I used my IMac's built-in mic with Audacity.

I'd rather see Jeff put the effort into making a new game; though Nethergate could use an update, it's fine the way it is.

The recoding made my voice sound a bit higher than it normally is, but not much. It was even more so when I was younger.

Edit: Hmm, after listening to the recording again, it actually made my voice noticeably higher. I'll check the settings and post an update…

Edit 2: Done, see above.

UBB will not let me go back to using "Dolphin", so I've been using the name "Dolphin." Since I don't like to punctuate my moniker I'm going to use "Zaiu" instead. I'm not going to use Dolphin anymore, but call me whichever you prefer :)

Edit: here is an update (all settings on default), not much different but slightly.

If you are quoting two different people it is okay to double post, but not a good thing to make a habit of.

Holly should have used the edit button, as her posts were said to the group rather than specific people (and were somewhat related).

It's okay to ask people politely to use the edit button instead of double posting, or to use legible spelling and grammar; if you do so in game boards it would be nice if you also contributed to the discussion or helped answer the person's question.

".mp3" is read letter by letter rather than as a whole word, so saying "a .mp3" sounds like ".amp3", so I tend to say "an .mp3".

Edit: Hope that makes sense.

How do you make a clip a Wav or MP3? The only software I have that will record audio is IMovie, and it wants to save/play as a .mov using QuickTime.

The EVOL speech sounds great with the accent, especially the "my comrades".

Also, I've been slightly mispronouncing Zeviz, too.

No, not surprised, but If he's not Ice Drake they must be related.

I've also been mispronouncing Stughalf's name…

Stugie, you have a bit of an accent :)
I'll see what I can do about a sound clip, but no promises.

1. The Script function list and the Stats, skills, and abilities list might help you with this.

2. z2southenddlg.txt is a good script to work with.

Glad to hear it, but the voting ended four days ago. Thuryl had the most votes.

To take the first test speak with the Mind, and it will tell you to go to the northwest corner of the building to begin the test.

Edit: The Servant Mind needs to be fed some nutrient liquid before it can help you, which can be found in a cabinet to the west.

If you use the secret passage to get in you'll lose the commander's quest and the XP. You could still go get the sword and equip it (since it can't be sold), and sell the Claymore you find in the Inner Keep.
