Onto comics:

A great way of telling if a comic is crap, is by if it's colour in every episode. If it's not, the author probably puts more time into decent humour than whatever semi-anime artistic crap he draws every day. I haven't seen every webcomic in existance, so this may not be 100% effective but it works for everything I've seen so far.

When it comes to comics, apparently flashy (= ****ty) graphics are just to cover up the lack of any sense, plot, unique plot, or otherwise, the excessive cheesiness of the plot, unique plot, and/or sense.

If you set a character to die for any types above 4, the character suffers a "fled" type death. A death type of 0 is the same as erase_char to a PC, which actually works as a call! Unfortunately, there is no way to revive a lost character. Kill type 1, as many of you know, makes the character fall down and drop some blood, but the character is still alive, suffers no HP loss, and keeps all items sometimes. (Other times, the item is successfully dropped. Other times yet, the items go to another PC.)
