Best I could do for ya. :) BtW, while we're on the subject of titles, Drakey has added a new generic title for 12,500 posts: "Postaroni, Pizzabella!". So, he was correct when he said Alorael will not be "Your Postliness" forever. So, Alo, now that there's another title to go for, you can change your moniker back to "Alorael" now. ;) [ Friday, June 24, 2005 12:27: Message edited by: ben III ] -------------------- -ben4808 For those who love to spam: CSM Forums RIFQ Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

No one has ever been killed from these forums, have they? With the exception of possibly RW. The forums would be such a different place really without even one personality. -------------------- -ben4808 For those who love to spam: CSM Forums RIFQ Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Well, the amounts of 50,000 and 100,000 are more "common", if you know what I mean in their grouping. However, this doesn't stop the other envelope from being 25,000. So, I think I'd keep the 50,000. At least you know exactly what you're getting and what you will get. After all, even as is, you'll still be lucky to have 25,000 of it after taxes. :P -------------------- -ben4808 For those who love to spam: CSM Forums RIFQ Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Yes, you are right there. Just because someone messed up a little doesn't mean they should immediately be banned, but if someone does something obviously unacceptible, or repeatedly does something on the verge of unacceptible and fails to heed to warnings, canning and/or banning needs to happen instead of continually letting it slip. -------------------- -ben4808 For those who love to spam: CSM Forums RIFQ Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Someone just needs to come up any simply say they will do their best to strictly enforce the CoC while not strictly truncating our posting rights. We want the right to free speech on these forums, but we need to cut down on needless insults and dirty material. We should be kind to all new members, gently ushering them into the systems and giving them a chance to move easily through their n00b stage. Oldbies and more respected members should be given proper recognition of their accomplishments. We really need someone who will be able to promise realistic improvements on the moderational job, if improvements are desired, and someone who actually reads and posts on these forums enough to actually be there when they happen to be needed. Basically, whoever is elected moderator needs to have a good plan to make these boards an easier, more relaxing, and "safer" environment in which to interact with all members of the Spiderweb community. LK is mellowing out. He'll just be like a regular in a few days, unless he decides to take the wise (but not necessarily bad...) and leave now while he has the chance. Well, it's not that hard to only vote for yourself, like I said, only if you think you are the best choice for moderator. Obviously some people now think that other people are more worthy for the position that they themselves. But I think think it's a good idea anyway with the rounds and all. The first round, anyone can vote for anyway, including yourself. There should be enough non-candidate voters so separate out the weeds from the grass (no offense, of course there anyone). Then in the second round those who still survive will be able to, if they want, submit their vote for another candidate. However, they should not be forced to vote for another candidate, so in that case they have the option of not voting at all. But no voting for yourself in the second round. Maybe we should distinguish between who makes it to the second round by letting in everyone who recieves at least 5 votes in the first round. Or something to that effect. -------------------- -ben4808 For those who love to spam: CSM Forums RIFQ Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |
