But RWG cannot live on spam alone. I am therefore taking the brave step of downloading the GC demo. If I don't make it back, it has been fun. Curious: neither Safari 2.0 nor IE for mac 5.2 could open the ftp page. But good old Unix command line ftp got the file. Hmm: after playing through the tutorial, I'm actually impressed. Oh, I understand that the problem is that the game's AI can't fight for toffee. But the graphics are Spartanly effective, and the gameplay seems simple, but potentially rich. Perhaps a revamped AI could revive this game. On the other hand, it looks like making a good AI could be quite hard, because there are a number of options, and a fair amount of motion to plan.
