Off-topic, but sorta RE Kel's post about TMs first post

I think all those crappy designers who release one scenario should be encouraged to stick around. SM Adventurer said once on the Lyc that he had improved a lot on every scenario he had ever made. Well... look at Terror's Martyr.

His first scenario got a 1.67 on the CSR. His latest (for BoE) got a 9.23, and will be considered a must-play for noobs everywhere. I mean, roxxors yo.

This could happen for other designers... well... Zxquez sorta demolishes my argument... but he hasn't made twenty scenarios yet! He could still create a timeless classic! :P

EDIT: Also, after all this time I never expected my first topic to be so popular. :P

Nope. It's a generational thing.

Aran and I will become oldbies if we're still around when TM is gone.

If anything, join date has more to do with it than post count.

Also, I wouldn't call Arancaytar and myself newbies, either. Middle of the road, maybe, a bit on the new side.

I must add that I don't. It makes out karma to be important and it reminds me of the petty tactics of the cheerleader-cliques of my peers (I must add that I'm in grade eight). Also, who cares if they suck? Ignoring them is a better idea than granting them all that attention.

As for the seven sins, I feel intense guilt when looking upon them. I seem to be going to the modern hell.

Nothing has to be taboo. Nudity is made taboo after millenia of people saying it's taboo. The 'dignity' of people keeping their clothes on is irrelevant. But this should be so utterly obvious it's not worth pointing out.

I'm with the warmth and comfort here. The Canadian winter is not exactly conducive to nudity, you know. And neither is a lot of furniture, or playing sports, etc. Think of the poor original Olympians running naked. Ouch!

Heh. I had just changed my profile picture. Then I saw this thread.

While I agree that hip-hop culture can be obnoxious, with the afore-mentioned middle-class white kids swaggering around in colour-co-ordinated visors and basketball jerseys and talking about how fly their rides are, aren't all music culture extremists obnoxious?
I also have to say some rap can be great. If you can ignore the actual content and concentrate on the sounds of the words and the rythms, it's good to relax to. Then sometimes the content is actually good in an utterly nonsensical way... mad propz to Deltron, managing to be positive and hilarious.

This thread has reminded me of what rap mp3s I have. Time for some Wu-Tang, yo.
