I'm going to avoid this as I don't listen to enough country music and I don't know enough and actually I can't really define any genre of music to people's liking. And I tend to really piss off people at my school who refer to things like dream-rock and reggaecore and nu-folk. Nu-folk. Really now.
I listen to a lot of music, favourite bands switching a hell of a lot. Right now the bands I like most are The Smiths, Joy Division, The Cure, Interpol (goth rock kicks yo), Wire, The Clash, The Melvins, Pavement, Fugazi, Pixies, Big Black, Violent Femmes, Born Against, Iggy Pop and the Stooges. And the B-52s. <3
Then I have a lot of random stuff. Bjork. NoFX. Aphex Twin. Franz Ferdinand. Shellac. Johnny Cash. Sigur Ros. The Talking Heads. The Liars. Three songs by everyone's favourite mixmaster, TGM. A folder full of Nirvana...

In other words, music-wise, I'm a great big jerk. Whee-hoo.

My daddy's trying to translate it. In iambic pentameter and all. He has been for the last seven years. I think he's managed a few stanzas.

TM- I'm technically in grade eight (the last year before high school), but I take about half high school courses. High marks in elementary are incredibly easy to score, yes. I'll probably graduate with mediocre marks, especially if I slack off as much as I do now.

The Woman in White. I loved it.

I have been struggling for the past month or so through Infinite Jest. And if but not.

Browna powa.

I got a 100 in English last year. This means I am extremely good at writing charming paragraphs about acceptable interests and mounting them on project board. With illustrations. Of me and my pals skateboarding, or whatever. ^____^

IQ means nothing in terms of intelligence.

But I say that only because I have a horrendously low IQ. Like, lower than most people I know. Like, people who wear trucker hats at 70 dollars a piece. <3

Binge Drinking in General

Yeah, my parents are rather less anal about alcohol compared to most peoples' over here. I think it's a lot healthier if people don't treat drinking like playing with explosives around their teenagers. Anyone with that whole "lets get [expletive deleted] uuuuup" attitude I personally find totally boring because, at least at my age, they tend to be 'being outrageous', much like declaring their bisexuality at the age of twelve. I've really never seen the attraction of being totally drunk (although I've never been drunk, and I realize there's still plenty of time). I've drunk watered down wine with my family since age about six, and once in a while stuff with my friends, but only enough to be dazzlingly tipsy. I could, for example, dance. When it was appropriate to dance. And walk straight. And look un-intoxicated.
Any type of hard substance abuse at my age tends to be a sort of hardcore posing. Something to brag about. Which then tediously evolves into habit. Thus, chronic teenage binge drinkers.

1) Camwhore.

2) Babysitting is good. I'm a selfish irresponsible jerk who hates children and I've earned around $3000 dollars in the past two and a half years.

3) Get your friends/siblings to get you on places after work. Seriously, I know a thirteen year old who gets to work in a toy store.

4) Ai... carwash?

5) Steal.

6) Camwhore.

I sketch people. A lot. When I was five my uncle worked printing business forms and gave my family boxes and boxes of white printer paper. I used to use them all up drawing all-purple marker comic-type stories with twisted plotlines involving two princesses named M'rose and M'cherry. M'rose was cool, but M'cherry was a little twit and I killed her off eventually. Then her ghost came back to antagonize M'rose, who just wanted to live alone in her tower. Her tower had a glass lake around it, on which rowed big pink ice cream boats. It was awesome. And she wasn't entirely alone. She had a cat. Named Cat. But she really hated M'cherry, who always wanted her to come and play.
M'rose hated all people, actually. She threw knives at them.

Now I sketch real people. I like to go downtown wearing sunglasses and draw people in the market or stores and stuff. Sometimes the stores give me free food when I draw them. I think they feel sorry for the little girl downtown all alone. Or something. I buy magazines with three hundred pages of ads (Vogue and Vanity Fair are good) so I can draw models. Models are awesome to draw, particularly when they're all contorting their bodies and wearing face-distorting make up or there's soft lighting or they have complicated clothes on. Gucci ads are good, so are Yves Saint Laurent. Other companies vary. I have seven large cardboard boxes full of model drawings. Those are only the ones I've kept.

So yeah, I like sketching. Only people, though.

About the dial-up, half the people here are hardly in charge of what internet they're willing to pay for anyway. I'd get cable snappy if it weren't easier to have my parents pay for dial-up.

Also, the real point of this post is 'sorry'.
