I mock people who mock people who don't analyze books while reading them.

You could try Robert Holdstock. It's...different. I also recently read Mika Waltari's "The Egyptian". It's a historical novel about the life of a physician named Sinuhe, during the 18th dynasty. The best historical fiction, I've read. Probably because it's as much fact as fiction, really.

I kind of miss my days as a Journeyman. Heck, even Citizen of Exile sounds cooler than Erudite. Veteran and Guru are equally boring. Guess I'll have to try for 3500 posts.

Yeah, that's right. 3500 posts. Start crying.

Oh, I was just talking about the "rapid name changing business". Well, Alorael didn't probably start it, but he's done a good job on keeping the tradition alive.

And Alorael is probably not fiftyfive. But it's like when my cousin told me that pizzas were first invented in Machhu Picchu. You can't get rid of that "but still..." feeling.

I first thought I would post a description of my routines but then I realized the following.

1. I don't have any routines if you don't count brushing your teeth.
2. Nobody gives a damn, anyway.

When this topic gets enormously popular, I will return and pretend I never wrote this.

Ahem. My oracle skills seem to be a little dusty.

I meant Portugal - Czech.

Greece to the final? Yeah, and lets go skating in hell. No way. It's just...no way.

Ahem.

Portugal - Holland, 3-2

On second thought, lets make that 2-1. We're talking about the finals, after all.

That is all. But I will return and mock you with my superior oracle skills.

It's his huge bulging eyes. Trust me on this one. Indeed, Thuryl is like an improved version of Wood.

EDIT: WHY ARE WE ALL TELLING THURYL HOW GOOD HE LOOKS? And why has only one of the opposite sex (Rosy) told him he's handsome, while at least five(5) males have done the same?

A nightmare, if you aren't a person who would like to see that happen. I'm sure there are plenty of those. Well, Imban at least. You would think.

I have never dreamed of anything on the web. And certainly not of Imban, as it is quite hard to dream of something you picture only as five letters and some attributes. But now that I've seen his picture, maybe I'll dream about him, hmm?

What the hell. Lately I've been having too few enemies, anyway.

Sauron looks like a god on that photo. Sort of. At least I can imagine that face being carved into a stone wall in ancient Rome.

I must say I thought you would look much scarier, TGM. Take that as you want.

Detta's photo is nice. Kind of goth with a hint of the Blair Witch Project look. I wonder where, and under which circumstances, it was taken? Spooky.

Ahh! Now I know who you remind me of, other than Hasselhoff. You're like Frodo! Or, shall we say, you are what would happen if David Hasselhoff and Elijah Wood decided to have children.

Eeh. And now I shall stop talking about Thuryl's looks. Honestly.

Omlette has been unusually cranky lately. Take it easy. Remember the Moderator's Code. Which Imban actually already broke by posting hot pictures of the nude Erika Redmark on the Exile Trilogy board.

I don't have any pictures of me on the web (I think?), since I'm convinced it would steal my soul.

As sad as it sounds, I must admit this is one of the more interesting topics in recent times. And Aran might be the Potter-of-the-board but Thuryl could easily win any Hasselhof-look-alike competition. OMG!

Oh, BTW, I'm brutally handsome. Yeah.

I haven't re-played it for more than a couple of times. It's irritating to be reminded of how bad the Exile/Avernum games (my favourites) are when compared to Nethergate.

Well, not bad, but at least not as good.

Hmm. I think the more likely answer is:

"We've never SEEN everything going black after killing the party and something transporting us and them back to the past and having the party battle against us over and over again until they finally win unfairly with the help of the editor."

That's how I picture hell, by the way. Save the Exile graphics.

Michael Moore - Unfairenheit 9/11 in General

I haven't seen the film either. But...

I don't like Michael Moore as a person. He seems way too self-righteuos and, more or less, stupid. This might all be an act, of course, but I don't like his style, anyway.

Some of his films are hilarious. Mostly because of his style, as controversial as this might sound. I think he brings up important things, but the really good thing is that even if he spreads propaganda, at least people become aware of the discussion. Intelligent people don't rely on one side of the story anyway, but form their judgement after having heard at least two points of view. So Moore does a good job.
