I'm sorry to just burst in here, but please tell me that you don't just put furres in the steriotypical (sp?) "Gotta have sex all the time" sorta thing. It does sound stupid, but I do happen to hang out with some. There are some really great people, even though they are furres. Just... until they go all.. "yiffy". O_o But I'm usually five miles away from them when that happens. -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. This... actually strikes me of funny. Mainly because of how the rumor is. MSW, a bisexual furry? Heck, I'm the one that goes to a gay furry forum. I'm not lying either. However, I'm neither gay, nor a furry. I'm just an evil bastard over there. (No doubt. I critisize all the work there, and they hate me for it.) If anyone is actually interested in whatever I'm talking about, I could hand you the link. The forums are somewhat dead anyhow. Anyhow... now that that is out. Not much to say here. -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. Epilouge ----------------------------------------- Thus, the Destruction of Serenity came to an end. The two leaders themselves were forced to sign a treaty, to keep both of them at bay. Without Schostas's help, none of this would have happened in the first place. Lance later came down from the throne, and persuaded his little brother to do the same. They both passed the throne to none other than Schostas. His knowlegde of the land was greater than both the brothers, so who else? They didn't have children anyhow. Schostas, he accepted to be the new heir to the throne. His first instincts were to not take it, but with enough encouragement from his friends and the two former kings, he accepted. Thus, the Kingdom of Light and Kingdom of Truth came together to re-create the Kingdom of Serenity. His creatures served even more usefully, doing regular patrols and giving escorts to people. They, too, soon grew into serenity. The Middle Passing soon grew to a ledgend of how Schostas, Aarrow, Shadow Wolf, Rasil, Neris, and a few others protected the inn from the great creatures like the dreaded Titan, and most foul Dark Wyrm. The biggest ledgend was the beam of light at the end. Most people just dismissed it as a fairytale by then, and more people began to forget. However, all the heroes have their own name on the wall of the inn. And that was how the inn was soon forgotten as another inn. So... Serenity finally, closes its books of history for now... and honor those heroes that had saved not only the precious Middle Passing from destruction, but all of Serenity... but... One question remains... Where is everyone? Lance came to become one of Schostas's adviors, in the political fairs. He was stunning in every occasion, fitted with robes of silk and laced with gold. His own advice was more than helpful, as his greed was nothing like Gerald. He soon became the Right Hand Man of King Schostas. Gerald left the kingdom to become a mercenary. His own love of fighting drew him away from Serenity, as he soon joined a group called Tattered Shadows, full of bandits, theifs, and other riff-raff. Sadly, Gerald was killed in one of his mission, when he tried to kill a drake by himself. Kris left the inn and Serenity with Rasil to just see what else is out there in the world. They both were given a nice goodbye party as the sail set into the distance. Kris soon split up with Rasil at the port town they docked in, and his adventures began. Aarrow Swift... he left after a while. He left without a trace, said no goodbyes, and none of those things most people do when going. He left one note, saying to thank both Neris and the Barkeep for the drinks. Most people say that the inn gave Aarrow three barrels of his favorite alchohol... who knows? Neris continued to work at the inn, and blossomed beatifully. She was still a rascal and tomcat in a sort of way, but her expertise in waitressing came valueable... and so did her short sword. Most people by then knew not to mess with her. Da learned to live a litte more than at the inn, and went on an expidition to see some sights and sounds of Serenity. He came back fine, and said one thing: "Oi Need a Drink." His days grew old, however, and he soon died of natrual causes. His grave now stands beside the inn. Shadow Wolf disappeared almost as silently as Aarrow Swift. His disappearance left many confused, but most inn goers knew by then how mysterious he was. Not much else could be said. Rasil, our young hero, left Serenity after three weeks with Kris. Yes, he also got a goodbye party, but even King Schostas came down to say goodbye to the lad. His own feelings humbled, the two set off into the distance. He split with Kris at the port town, to continue his own adventures. 40 years after the Destruction of Serenity... Neris quickly checked her cellars. Most passages were filled by now, thanks to the efforts of many. Now no one will get lost... some cartographers came by to map the cellar, and now maps are all over it. Her own thoughts came to her childhood of crawling all over those caverns, and always wondering what could come next. Her work soon came in confilct when she heard the door open. The night air blew a breeze into the inn. The Middle Passing was rather quiet this night, so Neris ordered her hired workers to take the night off. Only a drunken man was in the bar room, and he was passed out. Five people slowly entered the bar as the door shut behind them. They were all cloaked, so she could not tell what they looked like. They were only more customers, and Neris gave a sigh of discomfort. She had hoped the night would stay this way... so much for that. Her hair flowed easily as she came upon the corner table where they sat. "So, what'll it be, boys?" She said in her same accent as a child. "Ye know, it won't be long before I grow tired of you all." Her slight smile brought pleasantness to the customers sitting. "Give me a mug of your best drink!" Said an old voice from the past. Her own face turned to shock as it sounded back when the two armies first clashed at this inn... Her face turned bright red from embarressment from gawking at the cloaked man. "I'm sorry, sir... its just that-" "No need to be sorry," Replied a different cloaked man. He soon took off the hood, to reveal an old man that once was Kris. The others took off their hoods as well, revealing the other heroes as well. Shadow Wolf still looked to be thirty five. "Well..." Rasil said, his voice more strained and quieter, "...why don't you get us an order?" His own smile gave Neris a shock of exitement. She quickly jumped off into the cellars and immediatly filled the mugs full of ale and wine and other things. Neris came back within two minutes; her hand with a tray picked up by the nearest counter. She served the old men, and sat down herself. All of them, Aarrow, Rasil, Schostas who sneaked out of his throne, Kris, Shadow Wolf, and Neris talked away the rest of the night, and drank heartily to the good times. The moon hung on to the night sky, lighting the land of Serenity in all of its splendor and peacefullness. Fin. OOC: Well, thats it! Thanks everyone for being here... And I think I'm going to use Serenity for my own purpose. Thanks again, everyone for being here and all. Hope you like the ending. PM me of what you think... just don't post here anymore. That would ruin it. Goodbye! -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. OOC: I believe this will be one of the final posts for this RP... I believe that the climax has been reached, and that the final straw had been made... After this, I guess you should make your final posts of leaving and such. Thank you, everyone. IC: Rasil smiled, looking at the glowing ring. Wind started to gust around him, dust blowing up everywhere. His thoughts started to concentrate on the ring; It burst into a much brighter glow, eminating everything around him. He was not scared anymore; Never should he be afraid of someone that strikes with words. His body lifted off the ground, the gusts of wind becoming somewhat severe. He slowly raised higher into the sky and toward the cloud of bats. Sophia screamed and launched herself toward the Blademaster. He brought up the Spear launcher and shot it with amazing accuacy, but the spear never hit her. The spear splinted to pieces upon an ivisible barrier created by the Queen and fell toward the earth, causing irritation to anyone fighting down under. Her mouth moved quickly, with each syllable clear and precise, and fireballs emerged around her, and circled her own body, keeping even Shadow Wolf at bay. He dodged Sophia, avoiding the flames surrounding her. Her laugh echoed in his ears without remorse. Rasil rose up to the bats, scattering them away as the wind continued to blow in a hurricane like fashion. He turned to face Sophia, his face with a slight grin, a relaxed expression. Sophia screeched to a halt to avoid being blown away. The Thief's ring slowly died down, and the winds finally gave way, letting him settle upon the remaining bats lightly. His expression still held, the ring still glowling slightly. "I am not afraid," He said. "Not now. Never." The Queen laughed at him. "If it isn't the little thief once again!" She said in contempt. "I'm suprised you got over your feelings so quickly, and yet... maybe you just wanted more pain to feel?" She commented. Her shadow cast evil upon the inn, and the sounds of battle could be heard below. "No," Rasil exlaimed. "I'm not here for your own pleasures, tramp." The last word made Sophia more violent. Her fireballs died out as she stood there, waiting for his answer. "I'm here to defend this inn. I'm here to make Serenity the place it was before. I'm here to destroy you, the creator of this whole mess." The Theif withdrew the simple ring from his finger, still glowing softly. He looked at it one last time, and hurled it at Sophia. Several things happened just then... Shadow Wolf closed in for the kill, intent on ending her life quickly. The ring flew into the barrier and pierced it, breaking the invisible wall. Her look of suprise and shock was the last thing that everyone saw of her. The ring shined brightly, and shattered after hitting the barrier, and gave out a loud crackle of noise. One solitary scream pierced the sky, as a beam of light burst through the place Sophia was standing, and into the earth near the inn. Shadow Wolf backed away from the blast soon enough as the cloud of bats started to disperse. The summoned creatures that Sophia had created vanished with trailing smoke, and the darkened sky finally came out with the moon. Rasil was falling again... He landed on the roof of the inn with only a twisted ankle. The pain bit into him, but he held his face and looked at the beam. Shadow Wolf appeared beside him, watching the beam of light, also, continue to shine. The scream continued to peforate the sky with its sound - Unending, twisting and distorting. Then it abruptly stopped, the beam of light slowly faded, and everything was quiet. The shining beacon in the sky hung on, its brightness showing no fear. The Destruction of Serenity was done. OOC: Yeah, took me a while to think this up. A bit heroish-cliche, a little crappy godmodding, but in my opinion, I enjoyed every second of it. =P Anyhow, everyone can make their final posts, and I'll give the last closing post, with suprises for both Neris and Schostas. If anyone wants to know, Rasil stays there for three weeks before leaving... If anyone else wants to know, I'm not too satisfied with how my post came out... I dunno. Just doesn't feel right to me to make it. Ah, maybe its just because this is the first time I've done a finishing (of evil villain) post. -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. OOC: Sorry, but you joined in way too late. You'll just have to forget about your post and find a different RP. I'm wrapping this RP up to a close soon. Just not yet. IC: Rasil had enough time to get on the could of bats when several strong monsters came into view. Minotaurs, Nagas, and a plethora of different Orcs came charging at him. Slowly bringing his daggers up to him, he rushed into his enemies, intent on being the last one alive. He slashed his dagger forth into one orc, and let his other one fly around his wrist. Before the monsters knew it, Rasil was almost walking steadily with daggers flying in everywhich direction, creating an almost impassible barrier, and cutting them up instantly. Sure enough, only five minutes and the group lay dead. Rasil scouted the blademaster wrapping up the fight of the demon, his own thoughts racing through for more answers. His own thoughts finally led to seeing Sophia upon the cloud of bats, her red lips and pale skin visible in the flurry of bats supporting them. She wore a black silk dress, and wore her hair long, jet black. His anger boiled from seeing her; Another tramp was all she was, nothing more than a mere plesure bringer! That was all her life was based on, and she loved it. "YOU!!" Rasil screamed. She noticed instantly, her eyes darting in his direction. "You will pay for attempting to tear this kingdom apart!" He raised a finger toward her, making a defiant stand. She only looked at him, but then started walking toward him. The fireflies were missing; They were more than likely burned. "Oh... yes... I'm hearing this," Sophia commented. "...from a theif? A person who would rather give someone's life up for profit? And yet..." She continued, moving slowly toward Rasil. "...it seems as though... a thief is telling me about evil. When he, himself... is evil as well." Her lips were weaving disbelief, and distrust toward the thief, and his mind began to fight her words, but to no avail. "Please," She continued, "Tell me... you, of all people, are trying to save this place? Why not just throw away your life and return to being a peasant? You show so many different views... and yet... your still the same slithering scum of a thief who is out there only for his own good. You don't have comrades; You only have packmules. Go, and leave this place, little thief." He word stung him in the worst places. He had been through this speech before, but to hear it twice... He stood there, watching the woman slowly walk up to him. She looked into his eyes with fierce ambition and angst. His own hands closed slightly on the woman, and she let a tear down. She turned away, and he let go of his grip on her hands. "Please..." She stated. "Leave. Go away from this place, little theif. You only are here for profit anyhow, and that is all I can give you." He hung his head slightly low. The wind gave a gust, blowing about the relief and happiness away. He slowly turned around and walked a slow zombie like stride away from her... his only love. "...here for profit anyhow!" Sophia yelled at him. He cringed, falling down upon the flurry of bats. His thoughts were too much, his emotions took hold, and wouldn't let go. "You have taken all you have... now, LEAVE!" Her final yell, shaking even the ground, gave a hole from the cloud of bats, letting Rasil fall through. His distant stare caught her trampish smile of disgust, and the theif fell to the earth, letting a tear come out... OOC: Well, that shows how Sophia is. She does not use skill, but gets people through talking. She is very devious... And now, I let my character fall... Will he be saved? Who knows? -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. I personally see it as a business opportunity." -Random Quote Posts: 203 | Registered: Friday, July 18 2003 07:00 |

OOC: I'm moving the plot a little. IC: Rasil soon entered the fray as well, with Kris tagging behind him. Schostas and Tel was already there, and Aarrow Swift was sleeping at the Inn. Shadow Wolf had disappeared, obviously fighting something greater than him. The crowd was creating mass chaos as demons, wyrms, and other powerful creatures thundered about the fairgrounds, and the leaders fought on the horde. The soldiers were getting massacred in an untimely fashion, as the powerful creatures continued to demolish the area. Rasil spied Tel slowly climbing up to the roof, and managed to hear the same rumor he had heard. There was nothing else to do but to check it out with Tel. "Kris, help out Schostas! I'm heading over to Tel," Rasil cried over the din of battle. Kris only nodded, and disappeared beneath the clashing of swords and claws. OOC: Aarrow, you can come back in, just wake up. I was worried about you, but at least your back. Your pretty vital to this all. -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. Rasil was still moping up some of the mess of the lich that Schostas had just torn apart when he heard the screams of the fairgoers. He threw his cleaning equipment and ran off to see what was causing the commotion. He heard Kris behind tossing his cleaning equipment aside, too. The two raced toward the ring... OOC: Sorry for short IC, but I just need to get over there right now. I still don't know what creatures would scare Schostas... -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. OOC: Lucky, lucky Tel. Rasil weaved slowly out the crowd, carrying a hefty amount of gold out with him. He had more than broken even; He got more than enough gold to spread around. He slowly walked back toward the inn, but noticed something that shocked him. The walls were covered in blood, as bodies of hawkmen lay in every which direction. Cut ropes showed someone being released, something large. Another glace, and he could see Tel and Sauron together, both exited and happy to just see each other. Ah, so it was a dragon that was bound... Several of the bodies had throwing stars in them, the same kind that is used by Schostas. Several more were slashed apart, seeing half on one side, and the other half against the wall. Some just were bits and pieces, their whole body ripped entirely apart. The whole place could be described as a massacre, with limbs everywhere on the dirt floor. Rasil slowly walked to the body formally known as Ri'Kinsdal... His eyes were completely white. Not even the pupil could be seen anymore. A throwing star was embedded deep into his forehead, as he still was clutching the sword. As Rasil turned him over, he saw his wings broken apart, and his spinal cord had broken right through the skin. The back of the skull was cracked, and Rasil knew it from the blood running down there. The whole body was a mess, and there would be no way to save him. At all. Rasil nervously got up, and brushed his pants. Things like this are not human, and only practical demons can do such things. Rasil walked up to Schostas who was standing and looking at one of the bodies. Schostas was oddly clean, without a single stain of blood on him. Maybe he washed up. "What happened... here?" Rasil questioned. "The hawkmen were a nusiance. That is all," Schostas replied. "Well..." Rasil was at a loss of words, when Neris came running through, and jumped on Schostas. She was crying, seeing all the bloodshed, and watching one of the beatiful creatures get slaughtered. Such things that were. A messenger slowly came out of the crowd, and not even caring for the mess, walked up to Schostas. "The duel, sire, is ready." With that, Schostas lets go of Neris, as her tears ran down her cheek. Schostas leaves the inn, and heads off for the arena. Rasil scratched his head, still wordless on the subject of all the dead bodies... "Oi! This place need'n to be fixed up for mi customers! Get cleanin'!" The barkeep shouted to Rasil as cleaning utensils were thrown at him. Kris came along to help. OOC: Yes, the duel is finally at hand, and MSW will need to post... again! =P I won't be there to see the duel... I'm too busy cleaning up your mess. ;) -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. OOC: Due to the inactivity, I'll just continue on, and yes, MSW, that would be a correct time. The leaders are not ready yet, they will be after some other stuff happens. IC: Rasil knew the perfect idea for such a festival: Stealing. He swiped away some gold from one merchant, a nice looking rod from another, and sold that same rod to a passerby. Rasil even stole someone's instrument. However, his gold was stolen by another pickpocket, which he didn't realize until the man was long gone. Giving a slight sigh, he entered the crowd once again to try to break even. --------------------------- Tel slowly walked out of the inn, when he heard the commotion. He turned, as everything nearly went in slow motion, to see Sauron on the dirt, ropes binding his whole body down with steaks protuding from the ground. Hawkmen surrounded the struggling dragon, as Ri'Kinsdal came out from behind. He leaped onto Sauron, and yelled out to the other hawkmen, who began to cheer. Schostas had heard the commotion, and so had Shadow Wolf. Things slowled even further, as Tel's heart beat faster than lighting. He ran toward the cheering crowd. Schostas was already ahead of him, wielding his blade and running much faster. Ri'Kinsdal drew a blade, and held it up high while standing on the dragon's body. His wings spread out wide, he began to drive the sword down, giving a triumphant yell. All the hawkmen screamed in happiness. Time froze. Tel broke a sweat. --------------------------- OOC: Yes, this is a very nasty situation. Either someone can save the dragon, or he's gone forever, and yes, Ri'Kinsdal will more than likely die for this. Hey, so will all the hawkmen, but their vengance is on Sauron, and no one else. Sorry, Tel, for controlling you at that point, but I couldn't think of any other way to bring it out. -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. Rasil awoke to the smell of more roast duck and the sounds of music. His eyes fluttered open as he gave a rather optimistic yawn. Slowly getting up, he looked out over the paraphet and saw something rather different that was he expected. The battlefield was transformed into a playground almost. In the middle of the place lay a large ring for the duel, with wooden platforms lined along the ring for spectators. All around the field, colored tents with colorful banners were placed everywhere, with jesters, merchants, and other riff-raff within every niche. It was almost a festival, with the major event being the duel. The theif raced down the wall toward the inn, to tell everyone of the news... Sauron flapped his wings down onto the ground of the inn, intent to tell his friend Tel of the Queen that was hiding in the mountains. Ri'Kinsdal had awaited for this moment, all the time he was here. This was his only and last mission to do, and then he would die happy. OOC:The duel is soon to come at hand. OOC: I'm sorry Tel, but once again, you goofed up. Motrax does not exist in this time period, and he (She? I forget...) exists only in Exile, where the Empire troops took that dragon down by a serious wound. Not only that, but if you read (past tense, now) any of my posts, you will see it is the doing of ONE woman, and not seven. Try to think about the effects you will put on with crazy plot twists like that next time. *Stamps the IGNORED Sign of Tel's post. Hey, that dragon has to come back some time, right?* And one more thing. I'm going to give your character some sort of experience before this RP is over. You may not like it, but it will help develop the character you use indefinately. -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. Rasil cheered happily as Shadow Wolf was swarmed with pats on the back, something not even an expert ninja could avoid. The naga was now destroyed, and the two camps were now growing quiet as the magic wore off and the snakes slowly disappeared. The fire really was illusionary, and some defenders felt ashamed. But none so more than Rasil, as he felt hot and embaressed for not actually realising that such a fire was illusionary to begin with. In face, he started the panic to put the fire out, which just added more. Schostas looked at all of the handiwork done as the Bartender came out. He lightly tapped Schostas on the shoulder. "You'd better get to sleepin'," He said. The Bartender was right, as a purple hue was already showing up near the side of the mountians. Everyone decided it would be good to get at least a little before the duel. The hawkmen were also invited (The Bartender said it so; They helped out, so why not?) to sleep in, much to the adventurers dismay. Rasil took one last look at the surroundings before retiring into his bed. The inn had suffered more damage than he actually thought, and the walls were almost no different. The inn itself had lost most of its walls, and the top floor had many holes in it. The bottom floors were missing a few support beams, and thanks to the efforts of some brave soul, lighted the weight up top to keep the thing from falling. The door was copletely missing, and many tables were bashed up. Arrows more than peppered the floor; it practically flooded. The wall itself was no real exception. Many portions from the inside were chipped away mercilessly by the Titan, and half the wall on Lance's side was still missing, and only a fourth complete on repairing it. The gate had suffered similar damage, and looked as though a tree ran into multiple times. Everything here looked as though it were on the verge of collapse. "'Ey! Come on in, you gonna get yourself coild. I've goit a good mug 'o ale, just for you!" The Barkeep was outside, coaxing Rasil to come in. "Thats okay. I'll just sleep out here tonight," Rasil exlaimed. He propped himself up against the wall and closed his eyes. Rasil had a small dream. He was fighting off undead. Lots of them. And he had a sandwich in his other hand, trying to reach someone, even though no one was there. The undead kept coming, and wouldn't let him though. He kept fighting... A woman cursed silently, and continued to gaze in the crystal ball. "I think its soon time to reveal..." OOC: One little problem from all these fights; Everyone is gonna be tired. Really, the duel is gonna be who can stay awake the longest or something. Oh well. And the second to last paragraph, ITS A DREAM. I hope no one gets confused by it. Here is the 'Pagely Report!' (Current): Situation: -------------- Time: Around 5:45 AM. Lancian wall side: 1/4 done. Geraldian wall side: Intact. Inn: Finally getting rest. Almost destroyed. Cellars: Currently under control by the Inn. Inn defenders: Depressed and bloodied. And tired! Lance's side: In confusion from a snake attack. Gerald's side: Even in more confusion. NOTE: Both sides are exhausting their supplies in this huge battle, and they are running low on plots. Do not think they are infinately powerful. Plus, we've killed hundreds of soldiers already, and the Land of Serenity is only so large. Heroes: -------------- Rasil: Propped on the wall, heading to sleep. Aarrow: Heading off to sleep. Again. Schostas: Heading off to sleep, gettin' ready for the duel. Shadow Wolf: Just finished the naga, going to sleep. Vincent: (Currently N/A.) Heading off to sleep? Tel: Is on his own, drinking away. Or asleep. Sauron: Flew off somewhere... still. Innkeeper (He deserves a spot): Tending to the inn. A lot more. Neris: Sleeping. Kris: Happy, and going to sleep. Hawkmen: In the Inn, going to sleep. Lance: Confused, but trying to sleep again. Gerald: Angered. Badly. And confused. Badly. Imban: MIA. (Missing in Action) ...Still. Malakai: Been a regular defender. Shadow: MIA. Still. Probably retreated away. Conditions: --------------- Victory - One kingdom takes over the other. - The inn is successfully defended. - The inn takes a side. - One of the two leaders (Gerald or Lance) is KIA. - The Queen's Kingdom is restored. Losing - All characters die. - The inn is completly demolished. (Gettin' close!) - Both kingdoms fall (It could happen.) - The bartender dies. - Neris dies. - Schostas is killed. (New.) There. Well, hopefully we'll get through the duel just fine. -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. OOC: Wow, my post was Completely ignored. Well, guess that's just how things are. IC: Tommy was now lost in a sea of confusion. The people who he had been following were missing, and a lockdown was initiating throughout the ship. Not only that, but guards were scambling everywhere. He took off for his room. Tommy found it right in the same part and kissed his keycard. So glad for you... He thought to himself. All the locked doors were unlocked and opened thanks to that little slip of plastic. Opening the door, it bared the same desolate feeling he felt when he was first left inside this room. His sniper rifle lay on the bed, pristine in its condition. He took it up with one swoop and needlessly shut the door. He continued to go through some more corriors, trying to figure out what was going on, when he ran into Luke. Really, Tommy ran out the corridor so fast that he ran right into Luke, causing them to both fall. As Luke rubbed his head, Tommy grabbed his sniper rifle and looked at Luke. Something seemed different from this guy than most... -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. To stay a little on topic, I would like to ask a small question on a book. I'm reading The House of Thunder by Dean Koontz. What does everyone think of this book, if they have read it already? Thust far, it seems somewhat interesting, and am only at chapter 5, not even half way through the book. So yeah. Answers? -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. OOC: Yes, this will look a tad bit confusing, but bear with me. The first lab technician is UA in disquise and the second, Jonnie. Also in a disquise. Tommy wretched open the hatch with a quick hand gesture. What was inside, showed a ladder and two lab technicians (by the look of it) climbing out. Something still didn't seem right as one of the technicians looked up. "Oh, thank you kindly, sir," He said courteously. As both got out, the second one slowly brushed off some dust and closed the hatch. They were about to leave when the comm piped up. "Attention," said the friendly voice, almost robotic to the ear. "would all Lab technicians please report to the designated area. If you do not know where to head, please check with your corresponding officer or at the Service station near the back of the ship. Once again-" The comm continue to repeat 3 times. The two guys were about to leave when Tommy placed a grip on the first one. Hard. "Say..." Tommy said, showing a mischevious smile. "Maybe I should help you guys get on over to your DDs?" He looked at both of them, admiring the somewhat baffled looks on them. Should have known. These guys are amatures. "Is there something wrong?" Tommy asked quizzically (sp?). "Nothing, not at all," The second guy replied. "Uhm, we just have to head off to the Service station... Uh, we just forgot where our area is." "Well, I'll go ahead and escort you from any annoyances that would get in the way, okay?" "Sure," The first guy responded. They both looked somewhat nervous, as Tommy walked behind them. OOC: Okay, what just happened was that Tommy suspects these two guys have killed someone and tried to hide their identities and the body at the same time. He couldn't care less where the body went, but would rather get the money for capturing two murderers. So you had better think of some sort of plan, unless you two want to be jettisoned out into space. -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. OOC: Hmm... a tad bit confusing, but okay. Oh, and the guard I bribed was a third guard. He was keeping everything in line until I came along. IC: Tommy continued to walk down the corridor from his room in a relaxed position. All of the corridors looked the same. Metal bars, metal grate, metal roof. Lights on the bottom. He put his hands over his heads, and began to whistle a light tune. Sure enough, the comm crackled to live as an announcement was made. "Please be on the lookout for unauthorised passengers on board the ship. We currently believe there are several intruders on the ship, around three. Would all legitimate passengers please clearly display their ID tags and be on the look out and alert. Please smash the nearest emergency alarm box if you find them. They are..." Tommy listened in. Some man he didn't really know, and then another man he didn't recognize. "Hm," was all he could say. He kept walking on until he came upon the minor cargo bay. Something wasn't right... He could sense blood here. Tommy slowly walked in, looking in every direction to figure out the cause of sense. Upon looking down of the floor, however, was a small pool of blood, dragged into a covieniently placed hidden hatch. He pushed the boxes away on top of it and looked at the hatch. His hand moved towards the latch to open it. OOC: I need to get some interaction with the rebels. Might as well. -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. OOC: You know what? I don't even need to put up an ending post, cause Ironweed and MSW did it perfectly for me. Thank you, everyone, and hope everyone enjoyed having me here. Instead of, well, being annoyed. Yeah. Tommy, signing out of Zombie Attack RP. 2. *Cue ending music* -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. OOC: Another RP, and set in the future. Hopefully, I can get this right. Character ------------- Name: Tommy Age: 26 Hair: Dark Brown. Style: Clean-shaven, long bangs (Goes down to cheeks), and hair that reaches down to neck. Strait down. Rank: Bounty Hunter Inventory: SX-520 (Modded Sniper Rifle; can zoom up to 520x) with toggleable ATS (Auto Targeting System) and a custom infared lens. Figure: Somewhat slim, and wears glasses. Wears a blue coat that hangs down to the legs, and wears black boots. Has on brown gloves made of leather. Character Bio: Yes, it's me... Anywho. Tommy was a child that had to fend for himself in any way possible. Xian might have been powerful, but the economy was never too stable, and caused the downfall of his parents. They were locked away for stealing, and were taken away and excecuted. From then on, he has lived his life just to keep himself alive, taking in jobs to get money. He is mostly motivated by greed; however, he still is somewhat religous and will not attack certain people. He had moved to Jiilnog once he had acquired enough money, and left. He had gotten on the Annisail through bribery, and had used up quite an amount of money. Qualities: Rather cautious, has an optimistic side, and usually acts like the leader of the group. He, however, isn't the best at holding tempers, and that usually gets him into trouble. IC: Tommy sat lazily in his room for some time. He fingered a necklace that he had found from the drawer, a momento of some sort to a lover. Maybe. It was a simple cross, bearing no real resemblance of any religion whatsoever. The room was addressed to someone named Dalanus Travil, but more than likely the guards kept him off. Tommy gave a slight grin at the thought of seeing a man that had spent dearly for a pass to get on this ship not get allowed in. Oh, if only I was there to see such a thing, Tommy concluded. He got up slowly from the bed he was laying on; simple white sheets with similar colored blankets. The room itself was rather cramped. It had a small screen beside the drawer, and a computer desk on the east side of the door. On the desk lay a single key; the key to this room. Everything else was blank, and gave the guests the room to change the room how they see fit. A small knock came from the door. Tommy picked up his rifle and readied it for anyone that he didn't need. He put on the necklace, and opened the door slightly to see who it was. A guard stood at the entrance, holding up an ID. It beared Tommy's name and his photo, with a scannable area near the bottom. Tommy took it and put it on. "Thanks," He said to the guard. The guard only saluted and walked off slowly. Tommy stowed the rifle in his room, and left the barren and desolate room. The guard will be back. He still needs to reset the door name. OOC: I'm rather excited about this RP. I dunno why, but I just am. I hope it turns out well. -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. Lynn, carrying the icy blue egg in one arm, dragged Eirik in the other. He was frozen stiff from the sight of final minutes of Jesitonia and could not move alone. Terebrant followed behind. Kel-Aziz, Celisto, and Oscevello hurry in front as the shockwave continues to spread through the shrine. Lavius is the last to leave, murmuring something. His arms spread, and everyone feels lighter on their feet. Lynn could not help but feel strange, running away from the shrine. She had lost everyone she had command over, and lost her whole Guard. But the worst feeling came from cutting that last chain. She didn't expect Jesitonia to look like that. Her expression, her face, the fear of it all... Her mind reverted back to the shockwave as the team continue to race down the corridors. In a sense, this was almost like quickfire. Lynn could remember her experience with using such a thing, for she had seen in once. Almost every soldier in her company died that day far long ago. Shaking her head, she forced out the memories trying to flood back it, and concentrated on getting out. Celisto stopped before reaching the hole to the town shrine, and looked in a different direction. "Over here!" She shouted and turned a different corner. "What is she thinking?" Eirik muttered. "Just shut up and keep following," Lynn replied, giving a hard tug on his arm. The group turned away from the hole and raced down a different passage. The rain had stopped. Only the winds blew furiously outside. OOC: Man, that was almost a tear jerker scene you made, MSW. Great job! EDIT: Holy crap! Galen kills himself! Wow, this RP is having a great climax... Rasil looked at the amazing spectacle as the fire lit up around the whole area. However, the fire also reached the wall, and a piece of the wall was starting to light up. Rasil cried for water, and soon was given a bucket full of it. Shadow Wolf was dueling off the Naga, and Schostas had just aided the alchemist away. The hawkmen had retreated, trying to help their own wounded. Neris could be seen atop shooting her small crossbow down, and Tel was out fighting the snakes. The dragon was suspiciously missing. Rasil carried the bucket, with some other innfolk carrying more, over to the section of wall that was on fire. "Quickly, douse it!" Rasil said. The battle to save the walls began. The full moon lit down upon the inn, signifying midnight. -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing. OOC: Ah, yes. My bust for not realizing that the shrine everyone is in is shaped like an ampitheater (sp?). Sorry about that. =/ IC: Lynn grasped at the Sword that was tossed, and managed to get it into hold. Before her, the liquid ice had formed solid, and the Cyrobeast was getting tired. Jesitonia was soon to be getting the upper hand, rooted as she was. She tossed another lighting spray at the Cryobeast, with him narrowly dogding it, and shooting back an ice bolt. His bleeding was becoming worse; something would have to be done about it. Lynn stepped down from the seat and touched upon the ice. Her footing was not too great on in; she slipped twice before really getting hold of her way. Looking up, she noticed the platform was all the way up. The three people on it had also gone. Lynn looked at Jesitonia again, and then at the platform. And then at the chains. Lynn knew exactly what to do. She started going in a counter clockwise fashion and cut each chain, one by one, until the last chain was near Jesitonia. By now, the rattling of the platform had begun again, and the three people were coming back down. The decent was going much faster though; Zombies were clattering all over the platform, falling like rain from the shrine above. Lynn drew out her spear, the same one from the shrine again. I hope this works... She hurled the spear with all her might toward Jesitonia, avoiding the platform all together. The spear hit; but instead of just going into her, it... exploded. Jesitonia flew back and right under the platform, free from her frozen bonds, but heavily beat from the force and impact of the spear. Lynn drew the Sword of Fire, and with two swings, cut the last chain. OOC: Okay, I know it may be doing many, many things. But hey, the Cyrobeast is badly wounded. Well, if you don't like it, I'll go ahead and redo, and just maybe delete, this whole post, okay? -------------------- "Friendship is two things: Trust, and sharing.
