What kinds of Half-Life2 mods do YOU want to see made (so you can play)?

Let's try to be as serious as possible, at least for a day or so.

I ask because my friends and I plan to make one for a school project/for fun. We will, of course, take all ideas into at least some consideration.

The "magic disease turning people undead" sounds a little... borrowed from Warcraft3, but maybe that's because I just got done playing it.

Otherwise, a work-able idea, to be sure. I wouldn't mind playing it.

I can't do these right, so please, those who can, supply me with the following. I haven't found what I need over at the Louvre, but perhaps requesting them will get them built.

-Regular (tan) sand theme for all outdoor tiles
-Jungle-ish theme for all outdoor tiles
-Good wooden plank floor tiles
-A quality, giant demon thing, the idea is to make him look like the Hellknight from the Doom series

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

12 years old + poor grasp of English language + obvious female name = pedophile magnet

Anyway, this doesn't belong here.

You can do it with the unregistered version of BOA, but you won't be able to play/test so it's pointless.

Download it from the Spidweb home site. Search around the BOA section, as I do not know the exact location.

I'm sorry but I can't do any beta-testing type things. BOE does nothing but crash, and I haven't been able to find a way from keeping alive. Until (if I ever) find a solution, I'm out of the BOE community. Life just hates me.

I think I'm with Alo on this one, I don't see much connection between Genoforge and Pokeman. I won't end up buying Genoforge3, either, unless some people I respect here really recommend it. But that's doubtful.

And I can't say I'm really a fan of most plots in Jeff's games. I was awed by the concept behind Exile1 when it came out because it felt so fresh. But now, with the likes of A3, I just dislike the whole scheme of "the vahnatai really did do it!" Probably just me, but isn't it always?

Don't let the system get you down.

If it's a good idea to you, then make it. Maybe you just aren't able to convert your amazing thoughts into text we can neither read nor understand the magnatude of its greatness.

No one thinks I can make anything worth playing, but I am, and I dare say it is coming along very nicely.

If it is, indeed, a prequel, perhaps I can live with that. At least I won't have played it before!

Well quit whining and face it... there's no way to make money in this world without working for it.

(Save me the aristocrat answers... he's a 15 year old kid)

People don't just hand out money. If I had money to hand out, I would. But I don't. And not too many people do.

Absolute crap.

We don't need an A4. We don't (for the most part) want an A4. I thought he said he was going for something new and unique?

I still pray for NG2.

Yea, UT2k3 was fun, but there's absolutely no point now. 2k4 is even pretty cheap.

Also, no, Battlefield: 1942 is not that great, in my opinion. You're better off playing UT2k4 if you want vehicles. I've never played BF:Vietnam (for obvious reasons), but I can't imagine it being any better than '42.

No matter how nostalgic I get, MUD's will never be on my hard-drive again. Ever.

New idea: Microsoft's Combat Flight Simulator, or the regular one...

Edit: Wait, did we find out if he has internet access or not? If so, you probably can't go wrong with an MMORPG if you want replayibility. I'd suggest something not as cliched, like Anarchy Online over Everquest.
