Yea you could always do illegal stuff. Sell some pot. Or go door-to-door. Old people are willing to pay for anything. -------------------- The critics agree! Haha. Er... I sketch dreams all the time. They normally end up being surreal still-lifes. My fiance designs clothes for a living, so she gets me to draw stuff that would look good. Leaves lots of room for, uh... imagination :D . -------------------- The critics agree! Demonslayer is "a five star hit!" raves TIMES Weekly! "I've never heard such thoughtful comments. Just for the record, PCGamer gave a 50 not for the graphics, but for the lacking RPG experience. They ate up Genoforge2, 80%, which has only marginally better (well maybe a tad more) graphics. It was for the slightly awkward combat model and reliance on not-so-easy things. I personally agree with most, but I feel a 60 is more reasonable. Also keep in mind that 50 is in the "Merely Okay" range, meaning it's not outstanding, but it's not garbage material. -------------------- The critics agree! There are tons of ways you can achieve this. Make walls where the exits are, make invisible walls where the exits are, make some needlessly complex script to prevent them from going where the exits are... The possibilities are endless. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! Posts: 1582 | Registered: Wednesday, November 13 2002 08:00 |

I sketch all the time. Subjects mostly include the following: chicas, MechWarrior mechs, chicas, fantasy dudes, chicas. Chica sub-subjects: my girlfriend, cyper-punk chicas, steam-punk chicas, western-punk chicas, modeling chicas. I'd upload some pictures for you all to gaze at, but I don't have a scanner anymore. If you'll buy me one, I'll gladly show you my wonderful skills. -------------------- The critics agree! Demonslayer is "a five star hit!" raves TIMES Weekly! Actually, it does sound promising. Yet, you might want to rethink the "evol cult". Try your hardest to get something a little more original. If you decide to make an "evol cult", at least try to give them some unique feature so they don't get lost in the Evol Cult Database(tm). -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! 1: For a main character, pick someone out of a movie, TV show, book... whatever, and just change maybe the spelling or rearrange some letters. I've found that's the best way for protagonists. 2: Ask people, get e-mails addresses and nicknames, then send it to them. They'll send you feedback and you take what they said into consideration. Make your fixes and release it. Enjoy. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! Posts: 1582 | Registered: Wednesday, November 13 2002 08:00 |

I personally enjoy the barter system. It might have a few problems, but hey, it encourages people to work harder to get what they need. Builds character. -------------------- The critics agree! My scripting was lackluster, which is another reason I decided to rebuild. I'm taking my time on this one, to make sure I get the best possible results. Also, my story leaves room for a second chapter, but that's a long shot. I'll see what happens. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT!
