It's still not a proper response to the position Thuryl ascribed to TM at all, namely that the statement could not be proven to be either true or false due to a lack of information - arriving at "TM must then be able to prove that the statement is false" from this is pretty nonsensical.

Anyway, based on the results of my search, it seems to be more or less abandonware, since the company seems to have no interest in selling it and Amazon.com doesn't list any retailers who have new copies in stock. However, since I couldn't find anyone who put it up for free download (which would be of debatable legality anyway), I linked to places where you could manage to buy it, which at least answers your question of "How the heck do I get this game?".

It is officially "out of stock", although it's available on Amazon.com (for relatively exorbitant prices) and on Ebay for less.

What did you do last night?
—Read e-books and was generally bored.
The last thing you downloaded onto your computer?
—I'm not going to answer this on the grounds that it may incriminate me. :P
Have you ever licked a 9 volt battery?
—No, and why would I do this?
Type of music you dislike most?
—Music that sucks.
Are you registered to vote?
—No.
Ever made a prank phone call?
—No, and why would I do this?
Would you go bungee jumping or sky diving?
—No, I'm generally uninterested in that.
Furthest place you ever traveled?
—Florida
What's your favorite comic strip?
—Err, I don't really read the funny pages...
Best movie you've seen in the past month?
—The only movie I've seen in the past month is Mission Impossible III, so that.
Favorite chocolate bar?
—Um... Milky Way? I guess?
Have you ever won a trophy?
—Yes, three.
Favorite arcade game?
—Either the old X-Men arcade game or Dungeons and Dragons: Shadow over Mystara.
Ever thrown up in public?
—Yes. It sucked.
Would you prefer being a millionaire or finding true love?
—$1,000,000 isn't an incredible amount of wealth, once you get down to it.
If you had to spend a romantic evening with any sw member, who would you pick?
—I lack a good answer for this. :P
Do you believe in love at first sight?
—Sure, although it's usually not the kind that lasts.
Who do you think about most?
—It's rather hard for this to not be "myself". For example, I'm thinking about how hungry I am now.
Which celebrity do you think is hot, both female and male?
—Orlando Bloom. For both, considering.
What's the worst medical problem you've ever had?
—Well, I had surgery at age 2, so probably the cause of that.
What's your favorite sitcom?
—I don't watch television.
Hottest sw male
—Timon the Minstrel
Last computer/video game you played
—Touhou Rekkaden
Last movie you rented
—That had to have been years ago.
Would you rather dump someone or be dumped?
—The latter. That way, it's my choice whether to become a creepy stalker or not, rather than theirs.
Which sw member has the dirtiest mind?
—I'm not sure whether Djur (any Sticky Man), Alec (some Abusive Trickeries), or Thuryl is the worst, but they're all irredeemably corrupted. :P
Have you ever kissed someone and regretted it?
—Quite a low note to end a quiz on, isn't this? No.

Democide is not a typically defensible position, nor one held by more than a very small portion of the population. While the idea that we should commit an atrocity merely to avert the vague possibility of an atrocity happening in the future is out there, so is the idea of astral marriage to Sephiroth. Both are taken about equally.

I keep a working version of A Large Rebellion on my website. The scenario at least should be completable with this version.

A lot of games sold as "role-playing games" cannot honestly call themselves that using the dictionary meaning of the term. On the other hand, everyone knows this and just accepts that, as far as video games go, "role-playing games" include any number of games like Diablo and Final Fantasy X as well as games where you actually play a character instead of following a script such as Baldur's Gate, Fallout, and Morrowind.

Well, barring an actual coordinate or pictorial reference, which would require him to play to that point, that's pretty much the best he can do. You could always open that map up in the editor and look - it'd be a lot faster.

Welcome back, Vaevictis. Honestly, the Exiles probably will work the best on slooooow computers, although if you want to replay them you might as well try to do it in Avernum.

1. Kefka vs. George W. Bush
As good as you might claim Bush is at destroying the world, Kefka's so far done far, far better. Kefka.

2. Garzahd vs. Rentar-Ihrno
Rentar gets the fanboy vote. No one wants the fanboy vote. Garzahd.

quote:
1. Thuryl vs. Mr. Potato Head
Mr. Potato Head is inanimate. Thuryl at least has a human avatar, which could assumedly destroy an inanimate toy. Thuryl.

quote:
2. Marlenny vs. Ms. Pac-Man
It takes ghosts to scare Ms. Pac-Man, and even those can be thwarted by power pills. Sorry, Marlenny, but you probably made a tasty snack. Ms. Pac-Man.

quote:
3. Kelandon vs. Malcolm (in the Middle)
Kelandon could probably beat up most Spidwebbers could probably beat up Malcom. Kelandon.

quote:
4. Alec vs. Rainbow Brite
I can't really see Alec losing to a magical girl with a hideous outfit. Alec.

quote:
5. Noam Chomsky vs. Rush Limbaugh
No certain opinion here, but Chomsky seems the more likely choice.

quote:
6. Chun Li vs. Bjork
Haven't you ever played Street Fighter II? In one of the bonus stages, Chun Li utterly destroys a car rather quickly. A tank would just be a boss fight or something.

quote:
7. Shadow vs. Ayla
Not only is Ayla more useful, what with her Slurp Kiss combo with Frog, Shadow'd probably off himself, removing the need for a fight. Ayla.

quote:
8. Mojo Jojo vs. Hargon (the Sorceror)
...argh. I really hate Mojo Jojo, so let's just say Hargon casts Explodet on him and moves on. Hargon.

Madonna has recently taken to the practice of Jewish mysticism. Rentar-Ihrno is actually an archmage. Rentar.

The Wizard of Oz uses "magic" trickery to rule over a country. Kefka uses the Light of Judgment to rule/destroy the world. Kefka.

Well, okay. No one's ever actually tried to fling themself into a black hole (and certainly no one's reported on what it feels like to do so), and our understanding of physics isn't always very capable of predicting things about them. Still, my understanding of it was that the effect that causes observers to see you get infinitely close but never arrive at the event horizon did not extend to you, because it was based on the black hole's slowing down the light you emit as you fall into it. You would still fall into it at the appropriate rate.

WKS> That's actually a myth. Someone watching you approach a black hole would see you get infinitely close but never actually enter it. You, however, actually would enter it, without feeling any weird time dilation effects yourself.
