That's actually somewhat depressing. It's a sign that more people need to post! Of course, 9.00 post per day does tend to do that to you. :D

Let's not forget, Salmon, that you are posting at a very similar rate to mine. Together, we have more then 400 posts this month!

I know starting sentences with 'And' isn't proper grammar. It's just that trying to find something else to substitute for that three-letter word is not an easy task. My keyboard doesn't help matters.

Gently steering this back on topic, it appears that posting took a dramatic downfall. Perhaps my vote of 151-175 was too generous?

Um, -X-... You're not even in the story yet. How would you smite Ephesos?

At any rate, (in the story) you and I may come to blows. We are, according to that quiz, complete opposites when it comes to good and evil.

Have you watched any of the court shows? Judge Judy, Judge Joe Brown, etc.? If you did, you'd know that ANYONE can be sued. Whether you're 2 or 22. It's just that, being so young, your parents would have to pay for it. Then you'd probably be grounded for next 1200 years.

I do know where you're coming from though. In fact, I once was pondering doing the same thing you're attempting to do.

Then I hit the age of 12, and snapped myself back into the real world. Trust me, even if you complete this project, it won't work. No matter how much daydreaming and scheming you put into it.

That said, carrying on with this project is copyright infringement, which happens to be a criminal offense. It's no better then thievery, and, in a court of law, will generally be treated as such.

That's pretty much how things start in the first two Geneforge games. Then you come along and mess everything up.

I am a:
Neutral Good Half-Elf Mage Ranger

Alignment:
Neutral Good characters believe in the power of good above all else. They will work to make the world a better place, and will do whatever is necessary to bring that about, whether it goes for or against whatever is considered 'normal'.

Race:
Half-Elves are a cross between a human and an elf. They are smaller, like their elven ancestors, but have a much shorter lifespan. They are sometimes looked down upon as half-breeds, but this is rare. They have both the curious drive of humans and the patience of elves.

Primary Class:
Mages harness the magical energies for their own use. Spells, spell books, and long hours in the library are their loves. While often not physically strong, their mental talents can make up for this.

Secondary Class:
Rangers are the defenders of nature and the elements. They are in tune with the Earth, and work to keep it safe and healthy.

Detailed Results:

Alignment:
Law and Chaos:
Law ----- XXXXX (5)

I wonder if this thread is going to meet the same fate as the October Posting Stats thread... It's getting pretty long...

I have an idea for Dinitradan. Just punch in snakes, put in a number, and then run. The snakes aren't produced instantly, so it give Dintiradan about a five-second head start.

At any rate, I'm curious to see what the next part will be like...

Did I get that right, Dinti? :P

Actually, I'm more of a fan of the spell Control Foes. In fact, that was my priest's main combat spell in the late game of A4.

Serviles! in Geneforge Series

There's one massive danger with this train of thought. The shapable version of the creation is also used elsewhere in the game. Therefore, if you turn the shapable fyora into a slith, you will eventually run across other 'sliths' elsewhere in the game.

An example? In GF3, I tried to turn the shapable version of the Ornk into a cameo of myself, which could cast Diamond Spray at will. Imagine my surprise when I walked into San Ru and discovered a bunch of 'me' grazing near the back of the town. This would have been bad enough, except that those 'me' creatures were also mooing!

Needless to say, I promptly returned the script to normal, and never again attempted to modify a creature.
