Fatman, I hereby declare you my Grand General, whether you like it or not. Feel free to adorn yourself with big shoulder pads, a pointy hat, and a ridiculous amount of medals that you didn't really earn. Dintiradan, you know there will always be a special place at my side for you, even though you will never accept it. Kuber, did you make that yourself? Nemesis, you're fired. -------------------- You lose. Posts: 2156 | Registered: Thursday, August 24 2006 07:00 |

Catholics would probably make a ritual out of it. Jews would probably be against the idea the most, if you think about it. -------------------- You lose. Posts: 2156 | Registered: Thursday, August 24 2006 07:00 |

This is one debate I am willing to lose. I think what Alorael was alluding to was the way anti-choicers enjoy holding up signs with dead babies. However, throwing eggs at houses would be the equivalent of throwing fetuses, so I think Garrison has a point there. -------------------- You lose. I'm glad you see things that way, comrade. You see, unlike what Dintiradan is implying, I am no evil overlord. I am, in fact, trying to free you all from the oppression that already exists! I seek to usher in a new era of peace, order and prosperity, to restore these boards to their former glory. Everything I do, everyone I kill horribly, I do it all for the people! I ask so little in return for this selflessness. -------------------- You will obey. Posts: 2156 | Registered: Thursday, August 24 2006 07:00 |

Garrison, how do you expect the egg to be chicken egg sized and yet the baby to be more advanced than live birth? My Opinion (by opinion I mean what I think would be the case, not what I hope would be the case): -Egg laying every month, since that's basically what women do already, only, like someone said, it is a tiny tiny egg. -Baby sized, since it will need all that room to develop enough to be born. Unless you go with the tadpole idea, which would have all kinds of new problems. -Irritable Egg Syndrome, since all the hormones will be there no matter what. However, there will be no cramping since the womb wall or whatever doesn't have to break up. Still, there would be the whole giving birth every month problem, which sucks and is why this is a terrible idea. Women would probably get used to it, but it would mean the end of vaginas as we know them. -Current human baby, to be more advanced the egg would have to be bigger. I don't think a human baby could live much less developed than they already are. -It's okay to dispose of infertile eggs, I mean what, is the alternative to keep them all? I would probably also support eating, with the mother's consent of course, since there really is no harm done, and, even though it is gross, it would probably be really tasty. One of the more difficult decision I may ever have to make will be whether to kill Stareye quickly or first tie him up and let him watch me bring down everything he stands for and then kill him afterwards. Tough one, it really is. What would Rentar do? -------------------- You lose. Posts: 2156 | Registered: Thursday, August 24 2006 07:00 |

I proofread before and after as well. You see, when I'm doing the pre-post proofread, I tend to add a few last minute things I always think of. Then, in the post-post proofread, I discover the mistakes I've usually made in those additions. I only ever edit my post if the mistake is so bad it changes the meaning of the post entirely. -------------------- You lose. Posts: 2156 | Registered: Thursday, August 24 2006 07:00 |

Well, the human placenta is a delicacy in some cultures, so I imagine that a human egg, which would be far more appetizing than the mass of gore that is a placenta, would be a much more popular food item. As a male, I can say I would rather female not lay eggs. If they were indeed doing the equivalent of giving birth once a month, that would lead to some seriously worn out... goods. Nobody wants that. -------------------- You lose. Posts: 2156 | Registered: Thursday, August 24 2006 07:00 |

If you let it redirect you, then it will also refresh the page, and it's possible the topics could be in a different order from when you first say them, causing unnecessary confusion. Although, I don't really have this problem, since I just open each topic in a new window, and close it out when I'm finished with it. -------------------- You lose. For number 3, I've never had to go into fight mode to do this. The alphas walk fairly far away and they stay at that end of the bridge for a good amount of time. I have no problem just walking up, doing the deed, and walking away. Unless... does cheating and maxing your stats make you more stealthy? -------------------- You lose. quote:I have already explained my motives. First of all, I quite enjoy spreading confusion. It helps me sort the weak from the strong. I suppose I can now add you and TM to my list of weak, as you were not able to follow simple evidence and come to the same conclusion everyone else has. quote:I remember explaining this before as well, it at least two surveys. I used to come here for Geneforge character editors, though I never really read anything else here until I became a member. I became a member because I noticed a Geneforge debate in which everyone's opinion was wrong. I joined, participated, and was quickly banned. I have continued to act the same as I have since before my banning, though I would say you've all warmed to me since I’ve not been banned again for doing the same things I always have. Whatever. Backstory enough for you? For Dikiyoba's story's sake, I hearby give an official imperial decree: Salmon is not me, and I am not Salmon. Edit: It was actually kind of fun while it lasted, Salmon. Back before I cared to figure it out, scripts were in a totally different language and I hated looking at them. It felt like I was taking off the programs clothes, and then raping it by editing. Now, I quite enjoy raping scripts. But I can definitely sympathize with people who would rather have something like this editor rather than do the messy deeds on their own. -------------------- You lose. Well, we make weapons. And we also make just enough produce to drive third world countries further into poverty. I hate all salads in general but I do eat undressed hotdogs and hamburgers. People think it's weird, but as long as you get good meat (and buns), it really is good. Gotta go with non-lean hamburger meat and Ballparks. -------------------- You lose.
