Oh, you mean that kind of nonsense. Not the nonsense about strange cults or bots or plans for world domination or the monthly newb sacrifices to the gods of UBB in hopes of keeping it running.

Er...

Forget that Dikiyoba said that last bit. :P

Maybe, but how many people can claim the same level of hording?
Dikiyoba can come close in the Geneforge games, where Dikiyoba collects even the trash other worthless items and stores them. That's only the madness level, though, not the dedicated madness level, because moving between zones is so easy.

Item storage in Avernum 4

It's a good strategy. However, there are a couple things to watch out for. I think you can only have 200 separate items in a zone (grouped items like iron bars count as a single item) before the least valuable stuff starts to disappear. Also, if you choose to drop a bunch of stuff in one spot on the ground, it can really slow down the game and/or characters will disappear whenever you walk near that spot.

Either you haven't read far enough yet, or Dikiyoba does not want to go to those "other boards."

Clearly, I should not post the next chapter at the expected time and disappear entirely for a few days just to see what the reaction will be. :P

Come to think of it, that might happen whether Dikiyoba wants to or not. Probably not, but travel always makes Internet access uncertain.

The two categories do seem to be getting rather hard to tell apart, don't they? Especially if the jokes are so confusing they generate several posts in their wake.

What's wrong with really skinny tall people? It's hilarious when they trip and fall (provided they aren't injured by it). It's even funnier if their fall is hampered by something, such as a backpack or an object they are holding. :P

That's not hard to do. All you have to do is disagree with everything, go to the tie-breaker, select an option, get your answer, go back, select an option, get your answer, go back...

Are we allowed to guess which Spiderwebber would get which hero? Because Dikiyoba thinks Delicious Vlish would be an excellent William Wallace and Arancaytar would get Indiana Jones.

Edit: Typo.

You scored as Captain Jack Sparrow.

Roguish,quick-witted, and incredibly lucky, Jack Sparrow is a pirate who sometimes ends up being a hero, against his better judgement. Captain Jack looks out for #1, but he can be counted on (usually) to do the right thing. He has an incredibly persuasive tongue, a mind that borders on genius or insanity, and an incredible talent for getting into trouble and getting out of it. Maybe its brains, maybe its genius, or maybe its just plain luck. Or maybe a mixture of all three.

By the way, given the recent number of topic deaths, I'd advise that this topic stop at 500 posts or so. Apparently, it can randomly strike any topic (see Tyran's census) but will strike topics when they get too long, too...
But the last two topics to die have been random (Post ranking, Tyranicus' census), and the long topic deaths usually come from long posts (meaning lots of long posts or one ridiculously long post), which this topic doesn't really have.

Read Chapter 10: Attorosi and all will be explained. Except, of course, for the stuff that isn't. :P

Jewels: cliff-hanger warning. Don't let the board spin too badly when you read the final section.

Nioca: I forsee it being a week or so before I can get Chapter 11 done. Just a heads up.

Dikiyoba hopes this chapter is as good as Dikiyoba thinks it is.

Dikiyoba has always seen the fluffy turtles as covered in really fine, long fluff, kind of like the cats and dogs that have more fluff than body.
