I knew some one who had austism at my old school. It was very severe, he couldn't write or read any proper books and he could hardly talk. He now can read fairly well and can speak sort of fluently. He is very good at puzzles and the like. -------------------- I'll put a Spring in your step. Polaris Posts: 2396 | Registered: Saturday, January 29 2005 08:00 |

Meh. Reading (and loving) The One Tree right now. I'm currently nearing the Bharalithian (spelling is definitely off there) part of the book, having past the Elohim. The Chosen is right in her agitation towards Infelice... (I know I revived this topic, I only just read it all then and I am very bored) -------------------- I'll put a Spring in your step. Aran, the link works, but at the top of the page it has all this info in what looks like German, or maybe Sweedish. I beg to differ. It seems that people try to get to the number one spot, and therefore they post more. But it is still good, as you can be shocked at where you are positioned. Afterall, I had no idea I had dropped off that much... EDIT: Link to active users doesn't work for me, it seems. I just tried then. I'm not very educated when it comes to this area of the body, so bear with me. I have recently (as recent as today) been on the recieving end of an angry outburst due to PMS. My sport teacher, when talked over, made the offender run 5 laps around our school oval. I could not understand why she was like this until I thought back to around last month, when it looked like she was depressed. I'm glad I'm male. (I know, it didn't really add much to the discussion) -------------------- I'll put a Spring in your step. Polaris Posts: 2396 | Registered: Saturday, January 29 2005 08:00 |

I don't really expect these topics to boost his post count noticeably. He does them once a month, and posts in them 5-10 times. So only about 70 extra posts per year. -------------------- I'll put a Spring in your step. Polaris Posts: 2396 | Registered: Saturday, January 29 2005 08:00 |

Its a shame, as I would not be able to get it at 12:01. I also have to play football that day, and therefore I will get it at about 11am. A couple of days later when I'm finished, I will simply take up Stephen Donaldson's White Gold Weilder and finish that. Then I will most likely read the series again. EDIT: 750. Also, here are all the release days for HBP. [ Thursday, June 16, 2005 22:42: Message edited by: SprungSpring ] -------------------- I'll put a Spring in your step. Gee, he must be fast moving. He has managed to travel a long distance just to see people's bums. Thats exactly what I was going to say, Aran. Why would we want to make things harder for UBB than it already is? It probably will take too much effort, anyway. Posts: 2396 | Registered: Saturday, January 29 2005 08:00 |

quote:Ok. I live in Warrnambool, which is in the south-west of Victoria. It is located about 3 and a half hours drive from Melbourne, and about 6 hours from Adelaide. We have a good city, as it is not overly populated (30 - 32,000 people). We are home to Australias longest racing steeplechase, the Warrnambool Grand Annual. Thats about as much detail as I can give you. -------------------- I'll put a Spring in your step. Polaris Posts: 2396 | Registered: Saturday, January 29 2005 08:00 |

I've been preparing for this for a while... Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be on the shelves at 12:01am on July 16th. As we draw nearer (29 days at the time of posting) and excitment is at an all time high for the HP fans, I ask you this: Will you be part of the rush to get the next installment in the Harry Potter series? I love Harry Potter, and will of course be purchasing HP & the HBP.
