You could just send him a copy of the portion of the script where your dialogue goes. Micael - I haven't sent you anything in the past couple days due to lack of time, and because I'm waiting on your update. I don't want to fill in my bit of the dialogue script until I've played through with a couple of the bugs worked out. If you want it sooner I'll be more than happy to send it to you, so let me know. No, exitzone won't help because the temple is a building, not an area. Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |

I don't don't know what he did or didn't do, nor do I care. He is very unusual, which causes some people to instantly pass judgment. His guilt or innocence should not be based on how he looks. What is interesting is that the jury heard the children's testimonies and decided them untrue. That's not to say they are or are not true, but rather that such things used to be considered evidence (or perhaps I am mistaken). My general outlook on him is that it was unwise to go on TV and say "I like sharing my bed with children, it's the most loving thing you can do." and several other comments of that nature. Even if he is completely innocent of any wrongdoing people tend misconstrue such comments. -------------------- Nena Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |

You don't think you can gather even the slightest bit of information from a picture? I'm not saying you learn their life story, but you can certainly see their general mood. -------------------- Nena Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |

I recognize people by their writing style, signature, title, or member number most the time. Names change too frequently to rely on monikers alone. -------------------- Nena Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |

Some say that he is just mentally a child, or has platonic love for them, but I'm not too certain of that. I'd rather not be too judgmental about him, but that verdict was surprising. There would likely be a different outcome if he were just some random person. -------------------- Nena Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |

If you use several canisters as a rebel you will end up attacking some of the ruder serviles and drayks now and than, but it shouldn't cause any problems. Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |

You raid friendly towns? They really don't have that much loot for all the trouble. You make much more of a profit doing the quests and buying from the shops, as the shopkeepers never put the good stuff on display. Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |

Ariyas in Harmony East Docks will buy Dried Herbs from you at a better price, and is a quest. You can sell Research Notes in the Inner Keep on Dhonal's Island as well. Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |

All the script based editors here work. You need to save the downloads as the exact name as the script you are replacing, so check the file names and see if they all match, and are in the scripts folder. Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |

I like the idea of shaping Serviles. The spell casting Serviles can be pretty strong, and they could equip weapons, armor, or carry things for you. I would also like to see the boats improve. Avernum's boats work very well, and would be an improvement to the ones in GF3. I found Fireball most cost effective, and Strong Daze is very helpful. I was using Unlock constantly, as Living Tools are worth their weight in gold. Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |

I did this at level 13 on torment, and it was pretty bad. I died a lot, so I came back at level 15. It took about four tires, but was worth the effort. Edit: sp [ Monday, June 13, 2005 13:38: Message edited by: A Tail of Many Stripes ] Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |
