Well, one strategy is to charge up on something. Usally charging endurance is good, so your character can survive, and maybe, melee weapons if he's a fighter? Or mage spells if he's a mage, mage spells? Something like that. When he's strong in one skill, move to a new skill. TIP: It's always good to be able to heal, so find a priest, train your character in at least one priest, and learn heal. Personally, I have all my characters heal. ANOTHER TIP: Search for books that teach you spells before finding a mage or a priest. I bought Repel Spirit from a priest and had three targets, but after I had loaded a saved game, I found a book that taught it to me with five targets. Hope that helps! Actually, there is a dervish. But thanks for the help! I feel pretty stupid, everybody is probably stronger (no, I'm not trying for sympathy) than my party. Anyway, I'm stuck on The Za-Khazi Run and I have different saved games on it. (I'm not very far). I have one where I'm at the part where I have to go through a variety of powerful beasts to the vahnatai and one where I'm fighting for the Melora's opal (and I have the mushroom talismman). I am currently stuck with what I've always hated: Dervishes. I'm stuck on the part with the dervish. (In the opal mines, I'm not sure if it's the only dervish). And it figures because I've only beaten the first two scenarios twice and my strongest guy only has 208 health. :( Any tips? To return to the topic, I think we should be able to create Ornk Lords like the one in The Sentinels (GF1) if we get 3 of Create Ornk. I mean, Ornk Lords are tough. They'd be good upgrades to a lazy old cow. Although their appearance could be better. Oops! :eek: One more thing! No offense to Spiderweb Sotware, but their 2D graffics are sort of lame. It would help to, if not 3D, make more fantastic effects. If you're a measly fyora and you take a huge blast from a drakon, and if alive, still be in the same exact place? Wouldn't it fly back? Wouldn't it feel good to be realistic here? Does a drayk have really have the same range as a fyora? And shouldn't food restore essence too? Just asking. Also, it might be nice to be able to disguise. If you kill someone and take their clothes. Then, when you put them on, the others might be friendly to you. Oh, and though I wanted better effects, please please bring back the tiny ball of fire from GF1 instead of the huge spray of fire from GF2! A few more necessities: 1. I have always liked huge battles, rather than just you. Is it possible to program more of them, perhaps a town vrs. an army of creations? 2. I have always hated how if you don't have enough action points to attack, your turn ends. Couldn't it say "not enough action points", so you could use an item? 3. A useful creation on a high level would be a morpher. It would start at 70 esscence and have 120 health and does 10-20 damage. Not too good. But it has one inventory slot. You give it an item and it does the given action.
