Sorry to revive what MAY be a dead topic (I felt a pulse two hours ago), but I haven't been able to answer due to personal problems. I have recently browsed through the BoA forum, only to find it overrun with needless abbreviations such as "lol". I can't help but think of the 'ickle' children that come into these forums only to discover a mindless list of jumbled letters such as lol rofl, and so on. I am not however against the use of IMO, as this is justified, by me, or any ther none annoying abbreviation. Despite the fact I may have used one on occasion,(none that I remember), I am starting a movement entitled "Ending Needless and Dumb Abbreviations", or EDNA for short. I am not sure whether this should go here, but most people pop into General most of the time, so somebody should know... Is it possible to change the graphics of a single NPC without changing other NPCs that share that graphic. I ask only to solve a minor niggle of mine in Avernum... Linda has a BEARD. I understand that she shares the graphic with the other triad mages, but it is sooooo frustrating, to me at least. So, if any enlightened peeps out there knows, split with the info. Please! I'd create an utterly useless but extremely cool Spam monster, made from junk mail and not the meat. It'd strut (10-30HP/Level), Comb back it's hair (Restore 10Hp per level) and moonwalk (confuses enemies.) Wow, that might actually work!
