Uranus is the most dynamic movement and the most colourful. I'm never quite sure which one I prefer, though I like Mars, Mercury and Venus less than the rest. Saturn was Holst's own favourite and it might become mine too. That's a very interesting movement, complex and full of subtle shades. -------------------- Polaris Posts: 1828 | Registered: Saturday, January 11 2003 08:00 |

Well, you can do something almost like this with a few adaptations. And yes, I get a 404 too. -------------------- Polaris Rache's A3 Site reformatted 2/3 done Rache's A3 Site, original version Posts: 1828 | Registered: Saturday, January 11 2003 08:00 |

Before BoA came out for Windows I played around with underwater design, trying to put together a small scene with a diver. I didn't know then what would work with the engine and what not, so what I came up with can not be used as such. It would have to be changed into BoA terrain to make it functionable. I don't mind doing that, if people are interested in underwater terrain. So that's my question: shall I work on it a bit more or just get rid of it? Here is what I did: ![]() -------------------- Polaris Rache's A3 Site reformatted 2/3 done Rache's A3 Site, original version Posts: 1828 | Registered: Saturday, January 11 2003 08:00 |

quote:I got the Exile 1 demo on a CD, back in 1996 or something, not quite sure. The phantasy and imagination I saw lovingly displayed thrilled me, even more, when I found out that the author had a website, that there were more games of this type, and that he planned to make a living out of this. Someone striving to make an almost impossible dream come true, that's certainly someone I feel drawn to. Nethergate appeared, and I adored it. Since then, I'd made it a habit to check the site and look for something new. The Avernums came, oh well, then Geneforge - I'm telling myself that it is never easy to find a balance between imagination and the type of thing that will sell, and you have to live and eat, so I will watch and wait and be patient. Forums appeared that I read occasionally. Somewhen I jumped into an ongoing discussion on impulse, I had to register to do that, and that was that then. I got myself entangled in an RP, and never having done anything of that kind before, and being a bit out of touch with the english language, I strove to be up to the challenge. Well, I've learned a few things. :P -------------------- Polaris Posts: 1828 | Registered: Saturday, January 11 2003 08:00 |

So the question is: will they use or abuse what they are given? Maybe he could offer them something of lesser value and then wait and observe their actions. -------------------- Polaris Rache's A3 Site reformatted 2/3 done Rache's A3 Site, original version Posts: 1828 | Registered: Saturday, January 11 2003 08:00 |

What qualities would one need to be 'the chosen ones'? What is the old man looking for or tries to find out about you? Or relate it to the main story line. Is there anything that's needed: an information that is hard to come by, keys that noone knows where to find, things like that. -------------------- Polaris Rache's A3 Site reformatted 2/3 done Rache's A3 Site, original version Posts: 1828 | Registered: Saturday, January 11 2003 08:00 |

quote:I would have to check her instrument. As she's on vacation right now, this will have to wait. She has a round lyra, that much I know. Meanwhile maybe you check this site. It has a fine english section and you'll find pics of all types available with descriptions and recommendations. http://www.leier.de/ My sister is not only physically, she is also mentally handicapped. Granted, she has a rare musical talent. Nevertheless, if she can play this instrument, you can play it too. To Slp006: My sister has spastic problems too. She is playing a small lyra that does wonders for her muscle coordination. Would something like that be an option for you? quote:No, it was not a joke. But it didn't refer to TM in particular. It refered to the thought that someone who had been canned and banned could never be a mod, as that were clearly someone, who had at some point in his career not played by the rules and violated them. I have no reason to doubt that TM's ban is just. From what I know of TM, I don't doubt either that he agrees with that. And what I really can't stomach is the way every goodie-two-shoes happily jumps on the bandwagon of TM-bashing, while they are at a safe distance from him. -------------------- Polaris Posts: 1828 | Registered: Saturday, January 11 2003 08:00 |
