There was a MUD recently done on cell phones... I'm not sure what happened to it. We always got classwide tournaments of Quake3 going in high school. I can safely brag that I won every match except one; our teacher scratched away with 2 more kills. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! Connery was indeed the Bond. I WILL go see the new one. A) it's a remake of Casino Royale! What's not to love? B) it was decided to tone down the ridiculousness of the last few Bonds (sorry, Pierce) and make an actually good movie, and C) I've always loved Bond. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! quote:That's... wrong. First of all, plenty of people play in character. Join an RP server in WoW, get with some decent human beings, and you've got an experience you won't find elsewhere. Also WoW is very different than Runescape. I won't go into game philosophy, but basing your opinion on what you hear is kinda ignorant I would think. What's that saying...? -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! Posts: 1582 | Registered: Wednesday, November 13 2002 08:00 |

I'm Travis Barker this year. I might have pictures but Halloween in American colleges tends to be hazy at best. Yes, I'm covering myself in Sharpie for the tatts. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! Posts: 1582 | Registered: Wednesday, November 13 2002 08:00 |

This topic has devolved into repeating advice already given by others. If xXx makes a Halloween scenario in the next 12 hours, I'll take back all the mean things I ever said/thought. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! Posts: 1582 | Registered: Wednesday, November 13 2002 08:00 |

This thread makes me laugh. But you are young, and I remember when I sat around all day thinking up cool ideas for video games. Then Quake came out and I remembered that I could just play others' creations. But seriously, making a game involves more than imagining it. Much more. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! For TV, I only have seasons 1, 2, and 3 of Seinfeld and season 1 of the Venture Bros. Way too many movies to list, but I'm proud of my Indiana Jones boxed set and Blade Runner and Omega Man, just to name a few. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! Or you could go buy Baulder's Gate 2... But if you want Spidweb, A2/E2 and Nethergate are the ways to go. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! Posts: 1582 | Registered: Wednesday, November 13 2002 08:00 |

What boggles me is how you heard nothing of the ho-humness of Fable back before it came to PC. And you got suckered into buying it. If you want to impress us with your Spidweb loyalty, you'll have to do better than Fable. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! Posts: 1582 | Registered: Wednesday, November 13 2002 08:00 |

You've all nailed it on the head. As you may know, I'm a veteren WoW player, and I've seen it a million times. Any changes to the game make people mad, but not changing the game makes them mad. It's almost a lose-lose situation. However, as any player with a brain knows, it IS for the better. The non-fanboi's aren't the ones that complain. It's the ones that troll the forums and caps-lock harsh words everytime a new idea is presented. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT!
