Last thing you ate: - Two rye bread sammiches. That was my breakfast/lunch. What you're wearing right now: - A very old nightie with few holes in it. I've had it since I was kid and it still fits. I only it use it inside when there no others around, really. Oh, and .. er, light beige pants, I'd say. The right trouser leg has a long rip in it too. I meant to fix it yesterday... Describe the room you are in: - Well! White/yellow walls. This oddly shaped computer desk, with the keyboard being hidde underneath, on a thingy that can be pulled out. Um. To my left is a chair with the scanner/writer. To my right is the kitchen, with all sorts of usual appliances, like fridge, freezer (combination, both tiny), micro and etc. Behind me is the dinign table and then our living room. There's a worktable first, then there's my mother's bed, the blue couch, a green recliner, the TV and a bookcase. (not necessarily in that order, actually) And there's lots of misc. stuff lying around. Did I mention I'm not on my own computer? Because mine is in my room and it's in much worse condition. This is my mother's computer and I use it because it's so much better than my own crappy one. We get quite a bit of news on all of them, even if we don't have any people competing there. Nearly every day is a couple of things shown, but I haven't really watched much. Only the figure skating has held my interest the longest. Oh, and there's reports on the radio, of course. At least on the channel I listen to, but I'm not that enthusiastic about sports to know enough about what's going on. I watched women's hockey last night, us against canadians, but only for the first half. I couldn't bear to watch longer when they scored two goals in the some last few minutes. There is at least for the first one. I'm not sure about the third; might be. Seems like everyone's out to make some kind of editor for it. But when you can use an editor to give yourself much money to buy anything you don't particularly need an item editor, and if you need just one certain item, there isn't need for a whole editor, you'd just tweak the script a tiny bit to give that one item to yourself. This thread was on its way to oblivion, but I just had to come back. I just had to. For I have dream... I mean, I dreamed of runescape last night. Actually, I dreamed about a lot of things. I woke up about 5 or 6 times all in all during the night. But one of my last dreams was about runescape. I was there, as my character, but I was also not really quite there. Partially just an onlooker, you know how it is. Anyway, the world had become twisted and wrong. There were big imps and demons around. Some player attacked me out of nowhere and killed me, although we were not in a wilderness area. My character got called, while I was helping a friend get more familiar with the game, and on my way back I hoped that that friend would've figured out to grab my stuff so the PK couldn't get all my good stuff. Apparently I also lost all what I had, sort of skulled effect, because the world was so twisted and all. I even thought clearly about some of the equipment I do have. That's about all I can remember anymore, actually. I wasn't a nghtmare or anything. Just an odd dream. I think it might have because I just did the dragon slayer quest on thursday and killed a lesser demon and other exciting stuff. And yesterday my member credit ran out and I have no money to pay more for a while now. Such big things and then nothing. I'm sure my brain was affected somehow. Hmm. Avernum trilogy, pages 21-28. Topics are saved as single html.pages, named f(orum)[number]_p(age)[number]_t(opic)[number], and a html.page showing the actual forum page with all the topics, so you can see what order they were in. Exile trilogy, pages 10-14 (apparently, although folder 10 and 14 are empty), 16-20 (again emptiness) and 22-26. Some of those folders are like ^, but some are .. the difficult way. The html.page and a folder with files attached. That's the way I first started, but then there was the better way, and I redid most pages, except at some point I just got tired. 1-15 of Geneforge (every page there was :P ), most with the folder files but some as forumnumber_topicnumber. Plus poll results, if available. General page 9, with folder files. This is where the first 'What do you look like' topic resides. And a topic by rosycat, which was resurrected and transferred from elsewhere (I think, or maybe just resurrected) where people thought Rosy and Scorp were back and were disappointed, and then they got confused as to whether Alec was ever a mod/admin or not. -------------------- "I'm not crazy!" Well, this is beautiful. Everything is going nicely, and would appear perfect if not Stareye being bit of a rat behind everyone's backs, scurrying about and deleting topics without giving much thought to how important they may be, yet. If I understood correctly. Of course, not that there was anything that important in them topics, because all the good topics are long gone and no new as good will ever appear because there are new members who invariably are less excellent than original, older members, so it is in fact impossible for anything that magnificent to come about ever again, and anyway, older members are turning 'hip' and will reflect the style of new members in order to fit in I suppose, although that really should be the other way around. And the past has been wiped away, its lingering cut off by new things and new matters and everything just goes onward and though some try to remember the way life used to be, they're never really in the majority. A hint though, willow logs sell pretty well, and it doesn't take exactly ages to get high enough level for those. Around Rimmington is a pretty good place. I sort of hope I could draw, but don't have any space to practice much. I mean my table is filled on both sides with so much stuff I can't clear enough space on the middle part to place a paper on it for drawing. So I just write, every now and then. I have stories on my homepage, but I think they're much too outdated to give a good example of my work all in all. I've got two pretty interesting stories under work (and I was just working on the other one, when I decided to take a break and waste some time here). It's unfinished, but still ... better than my current full ones, in my opinion. It's about a troll, mermaid and a centaur and their wonderful adventure to recover the stolen holy artifact of the merpeople. They join together by accident, but their friendship grows to be something beautiful and truly fulfilling... Well, something like that. It's on very early stages still. First chapter isn't even nearly finished, but you can look at what I've got so far. I worry it's too Pratchettian, you know? It isn't, though, is it? Probably not really, but still. The other one is also unfinished. It's about a team of people who get stranded in an unknown planet, possibly uninhabited, in a possibly uninhabited galaxy. Very scifi. That's not actually all of what I've written, but I figured I'd leave the difficult bits out, since I've gotten comments of them being too ... hard to follow. I don't see a problem myself, but then again, the scenes play out in my own head and I'm more familiar with the characters, because they're mine, you know? Yeah. Anyway, I don't want to spoil the big thing for you yet, in case you take interest and I some day actually manage to finish it. ^^; OH! And there's the avatars I've made, but I don't dare show them, because I haven't *actually* asked for permission to use the original artwork as avatars. That means they're not uploaded anywhere. I don't actually use them, either. They're just wasting away on my harddrive, but ... that's not as bad as outright stealing and claiming for oneself. I just like making avatars, even though I never use them. Unless of course it's a picture I've taken myself or something like that.
