The title of this topic is more amusing if interpreted as an imperative sentence. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |

I don't remember knocking down stacks of boxes in Quake. Unless you consider pixels, "boxes". -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! Posts: 1582 | Registered: Wednesday, November 13 2002 08:00 |

Imperative, as in "[You] quake for chicks!" Considering that half of us are teenage guys, probably about the same half does that anyway. -------------------- Frisbeetarianism is the belief that when you die, your soul goes up on the roof and gets stuck. Kumoon. Clearly made by Finns. And that's the only good thing I see about it, personally. -------------------- "I'm not crazy!" "Well, whatever. Maybe you just ate something really questionable, or perhaps someone hit you on the head with something large, blunt and heavy just now. By the way..." Gil nudged Grul pointedly. Ooh! In any case the market is clearly gagging for a third person shooter in which the player's avatar is a fluffy underaged avian. -------------------- I am a mater of time and how . Deep down, you know you should have voted for Alcritas! Posts: 387 | Registered: Tuesday, March 1 2005 08:00 |

What's wrong with finnish game-makers anyway? First IVAN and Pekka Kana, and now... this . Can't they make games that are a bit less insane? -------------------- I have nothing more to do in this world, so I can go & pester the inhabitants of the next one with a pure concscience. Finns are extremely creative people exposed to long cold dark winters where there is nothng to do but examine the neglected and dusty corners of their souls. Hence they also have a disproportionately high number of public libraries. -------------------- I am a mater of time and how . Deep down, you know you should have voted for Alcritas! Finland supposedly has the most internet access per capita measured by standards I no longer recall. It also considers internet addiction a valid disorder that can be grounds for delay of mandatory military service. —Alorael, who suspects that Finland also has a disproportionate number of tentacles. Its tentacle to people ratio is probably the second highest in the world. The highest should be obvious. (The Arkham area is significant, but it isn't enough to balance the millions of Americans who live far from horrible things.) Posts: 14579 | Registered: Saturday, December 1 2001 08:00 |

Just do not go drinking with a Finn. I believe the Finnish liver is dual-cored. [ Saturday, January 14, 2006 05:58: Message edited by: Student of Trinity ] -------------------- We're not doing cool. We're doing pretty. Posts: 3335 | Registered: Thursday, September 4 2003 07:00 |
